Top Notch Service Department
I have been coming to this dealership since 1985 and over the years I have purchased 5 cars from JMK BMW and now Springfield BMW. The reason I keep coming back is because of the Service Department. Jacob and his Team are top notch. Every time my car has come in for regular maintenance or repair, the work has always been completed in a timely fashion much to my satisfaction. Jacob always has the time to answer any of my concerns no matter how trivial they may be and always follows up.
