Leased my first Toyota. Great people, Great customer service!!! They Exceeded my expectations. Kara in sales and the management team is top notch!!! Thanks... for all your help!
Incomplete diagnosis, vehicle not serviced correctly, and unwillingness to completely stand behind work or take appropriate responsibility. Dismissive... management. There are MANY other places to buy a car and have it serviced!
After our Sienna was totaled and everyone walked away without a scratch we knew we wanted another Sienna. We went to Pauly looking for a used Sienna because... we had good experiences with both their sales and service departments previously. We worked with Terry O'Gara and were very happy with the experience. Terry really went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Pauly Toyota and Terry. This will be the first place I stop the next time we're looking for a car.
Nothing makes me more angry than hearing about a place who takes advantage of people. My senior friend brought in her car to replace her license plates... and it cost her $129. They CLAIM her bolts were rusted. Gave her an initial estimate of $64.50 then in the end it was $129. When I called and talked to Jeff he was very unprofessional. He yelled at me and talked over me on the phone. He didnt stop until I called him out on it. I was surprised at his behavior but since I have been reading reviews and experiences people have had at this dealership, there is no way I am surprised. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE! it appears they have issues dealing with women as well. This is NOT a place I would suggest to anyone.
I paid 300 for a seat repair. The same seat broke and they wont stand behind there work. I will never return for service. The management thinks the... service techs are going to own up for there mistakes. This doesn't work, and results in bad customer service
Jeff Balcer was most helpful in guiding me through the process of buying my second Avalon at Pauly Toyota. Bought my first Avalon there almost 9 years... ago and was pleased with that car and the quality of service at the dealer and that is why I returned to buy this car.
I had a great experience at Pauly Toyota. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The waiting area was one of... the nicest I’ve seen. My salesman, Jeff, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. He was professional, honest, personable, and provided exceptional customer service. I felt like my business with Pauly Toyota was appreciated throughout the entire process. Thank you Jeff and Pauly Toyota ... I love my new car!
I was quoted $389 for the fuel pump itself, and 3 hours labor time. For a total of between $800 and $900 . I bought the exact pump , a Denso for $140... and it took me less than 45 minutes to install it. Why do you have to be such thief???
I've used the Pauly Toyota dealership since 2014.There were no problems back then , but recently the service has been terrible. My wife punctured her tire.... I replaced it with a spare and she drove to Pauly Toyota for repair. She told the dealership about her punctured tire and a "low-pressure" light on her dash board. Pauly Toyota took the car in for service and shortly after told her that nothing can be done. They offered to replace all 4 tires for $800+.She decline the offer. Also Pauly Toyota did not fix the low pressure light and told her to pump up the tires. On the next day, I took the flat tire and drove it off to a different dealership. They fixed it for only $15.After that, my wife punctured a different tire and I drove it to Pauly Toyota. I told the dealership that I have a flat tire and A "low-pressure" light on the dash board. I talked with Paul Trznadel. They took the car in for service and 20 minutes later, Paul told me that the tire was unrepairable, tire health bad and it had to be replaced. I asked why the other tires were fine because I bought and changed all 4 tire from Pauly Toyota at same time. I asked if he can look at the date when my wife changed the tire and to look at the warranty. He told me that I was wasting his time. He also said he did not know why the "low-pressure" light was on. I requested him to give me an invoice and he declined. Every question I asked, he told me I was wasting his time. I asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager. The next day, I drove to the same dealership that fixed my first tire. They repaired it and fixed low-pressure for $10. Thank you Paul for the horrible service. I will never return to Pauly Toyota. Also I'm sending a copy of this letter to the BBB
Horrible Service! I have given Pauly numerous chance but I refuse to give them anymore! Our first bad experience was when I took my car in for an oil... change and tire rotation. The person who scheduled the appointment was very sweet. Brought my car in was given all the paperwork and sent on my way. Our family left for an out of town wedding that weekend and after 3 hours of driving the lower tire pressure light came on. We pulled over talking about now we were going to have to search for the tire with the plug in it because they had been rotated (One of my tires had recently eaten a nail and we placed a temporary plug in it till we could get tires). Well to our surprise the tire with the plug WAS STILL ON THE SAME SPOT! I immediately called and spoke to the service manager and told that he had to "review the video". I called me back about 20 minutes later claiming that it was "hard to tell" because my vehicle was next to another black vehicle. The tires were definitely taken off though and maybe the technician had gotten them mixed up. The technician he told me, had been there over 8 years and he found it hard to believe that he would do that intentionally. He offered me to bring in the car when I got back and they would correct it. My husband asked if he should bring in a chalk marker so they don't get confused again! We chose to get new tires and was then given a credit for the mix up to use for an oil change. That was helpful. Today I go to pick up my vehicle that had a recall on it, I had been working with Justin who was ok. No one ever seems to be in a pleasant mood there except for the few that work at the long counter in the garage. When I dropped my vehicle off with them yesterday my windshield had had a small chip that had been sealed and had not cracked or moved in over 5 weeks. We have gone on trips with it, washed the car before and done several other normal summer activities with this chip and it hadn't moved. When I arrived Justin was on the phone so I waited, when he finished he had me sign 2 papers and then asked to have my car pulled in. No mention that anything had happen to my car. When my car comes I get in and my entire windshield that has been fine for 5 weeks was cracked across 2 places. I then walked over to Justin and told him that my windshield was completely cracked his reply "well we aren't in the business of breaking windshields so you must have had a crack" said with no sympathy or surprise. I explained that it had a small chip that had been fixed and his reply was that it must have cracked when they washed it or when it sat out in the sun. Hardly an apology or explanation, then he said to check with my insurance.....Thanks. I understand the windshield was going to eventually crack but it would have been nice for someone to warn me that it had happen in their care or to show some remorse or sympathy. I am done with Pauly and their terrible service.
