    I recently worked with Connie B to purchase a used Audi Q7. The transaction started out online and I came in from out of state to buy the car. Connie was wonderful at making sure that everything was ready to go when I got there. All I had to do was test drive and make a decision! She was so nice and great at keeping everything moving forward so I could get back on the road home (in my new car) at a decent time. Everyone that I worked with at Perillo was great but I really enjoyed working with Connie and would recommend looking for her as your sales person if you can!

    This dealer is not very good with communication. The sales guy said he would call us back a couple of times but he never did. We had to call back. Another sales lady did respond through email but then after that she went silent. Funny how they bragged to be the #1 BMW dealership but I couldn't see how they could get that ranking. It's laughable!!!

    I went into take my car for a simple light change and spent 100 dollars for license plate covers. I pulled into the service area where I was told that it would take 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we went to check on our car where we noticed that it was randomly parked somewhere and the 15 minutes of work had not even been started. We waited another 20 minutes for the work to be done with no apology or remorse for wasting our time. The service department is incredibly inefficient.

    Sean Cueva didn't seem to care at all whether or not we bought the 2010 X3. It was almost as if he wanted us to NOT buy it. While I'm totally against overbearing sales people, Sean spent 90% of the time on his phone, texting, whatever he was doing, and not caring at all about us. I mean, show some interest in the customer and be willing & able to answer questions about the car. Make me want to buy it. After debating between the X3 and a certified Honda, we made the practical decision and bought the Honda. I will definitely say that a better, more involved salesperson would've made the decision a lot harder. I probably could've convinced my wife that we buy the X3 if she wasn't appalled with Sean's behavior. I don't ever want to rat anyone out, but I hope Perillo sees this review and talks to Sean about his performance. They lost a potential sale because of him. Every other sales person we dealt with thoughout our car-buying process was a trillion times better, nicer, and cooler than Sean at Perillo. Honda for life.

    I was referred to Perillo BMW when considering a trade in at the end of my current 3/yr lease. I was greeted immediately, given laser focus, undivided attention. I expressed that my needs had changed a year ago due to a career move to real estate and that I had been vacillating between replacing my 300 series convertible, as I desired, or getting an SUV as I "should". They listened, they asked me several clarifying questions and the solution became clear, and I selected a larger 400 series convertible which fits my lifestyle and my new business. My financing needed attention since I was in the early stages of my start up company, they worked diligently and it was remarkable smooth and swift. I would recommend this dealer 10 times.
