    Have purchased 2 certified, pre-owned Accords from Mahwah Honda. Everything from the buying process to follow up service has been excellent. High praise go to my sales guy, Joe, the two managers Robert and Dave and to the service department where I've dealt with Ben for some follow up service- all minor stuff, but Mahwah Honda handled it as if it were their only concern and worked so hard to insure I was not only satisfied with the purchase and service, but also feeling like a cared for customer. Nothing but high praise for this dealership. They have, in recent years, replaced my old "go to" dealership (ford) as my first (and probably only based on history) stop for my car needs. Thanks, gentlemen, for a job well done.

    I knew I had to purchase a car quickly, and even though I was clearly a motivated buyer, Mr. Arora still took a lot of time to talk me through my options. I felt fully informed about CR-Vs and HR-Vs, as well as leasing vs. purchasing a car, and I'm confident that I got exactly the car I needed with a fabulous package and price. The care and attention he provided as well as bringing Mr. Pellecchia into our conversation at just the right time was greatly appreciated. I recommend Mr. Arora and Mahwah Honda highly.

    I have been a customer of Mahesh Honda & Ramsey Acura for over a decade. Both of these dealerships are second to none! Top notch sales and service teams. I hate to refer to Joe as a salesman because the car buying experience with him involves absolutely no pressure. He shows you all of your options with full transparency then let's you decide (when your ready). None of that "the deal is just for today" stuff! Because of Joe's friendly and kind demeanor, I have recommended dozens of customers to him. If you are looking for a kind honest salesman with the patience of a saint you found him. Never did I think I would say it's actually enjoyable to purchase or lease a car.

    I just recently leased my third Honda Accord from Mahwah Honda after leasing others previously from other dealers in the area. I gave Mahwah Honda a chance to earn my business due to my to satisfaction with the typical dealer good guy / bad guy routines between sales people and managers at other dealers. I was pleased with my first leasing experience three years ago and returned. Anil Arora has handled my last two leasing transactions and he understands how reward repeat business customers. He listened to what I was wanted and worked quickly and diligently to get me a fair deal. I lease cars for business so making the transaction effortless while still being competitive and fair was important to me. Upon the expiration of my lease I called and Anil. We discussed price briefly. He had a car available for me and I closed the deal and picked up the car the same day without interrupting my business routine. I can highly recommend Anil and Mahwah Honda.

    I hate to lease a new car, dread going to the dealership, having the conversation and trying to make a deal, especially being a female dealing with auto people. BUT!!!!ALL THAT HAS CHANGED since I found JOE DONEGAN at MAHWAH HONDA. He has changed my car leasing experience from bad to GLAD! So, if you feel like I do, ask for Joe Donegan and you will have a stress-free, life-changing experience and actually look forward to getting your next car!! And having a Honda in my life makes it so much easier!!! (This is my 6th Honda) Also, a shout out to Jack Russell for his help in explaining everything.

    Car was purchased by a family member and was passed down to me. Has been serviced there from the beginning, but I have had 3 different personal encounters at Mahwah Honda... Brought in for some maintenance ... spark plug, valve, tires, a few other things .... ended up finding a broken axle. Voiced concerns about engine losing power... concerns brushed off. Told me it runs fine and the hesitation was "probably the axle" ...which makes absolutely no sense. Brought it back...still vibration, still hesitating. Was told one of the new tires was bad so was replaced and re-balanced. Told runs fine... maybe try putting in premium gas to make it run better. Car still choppy ... car still slight engine shake... brought to another shop to replace shaking brakes ( was never told they were bad by Honda and they started shaking on a road trip). Asked this shop for second opinion on car hesitation and engine shake. Was told air filter was really dirty..... wondering why this was never brought up or investigated during my oil change or spark plug replacement at Honda or any of the multiple times I told them the car had performance issues. CAR HAS NOT RUN FINE ANY OF THE TIMES THEY TOLD ME IT RAN FINE. Car has EXTENDED WARRANTY for engine performance issue and when a customer voices concerns about engine, should not be taken lightly. Felt representative was condescending and made me to feel like my concerns were not valid...like the problem was all in my head. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Bad enough they have missed what I feel are SIMPLE FIXES and not told me about other things that may need to be done to save labor costs..... but then add the condescending attitude .... NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WHATSOEVER.
