    Having had terrible experiences with buying cars before, I was expecting yet another letdown. When I came into Prestige BMW I was greeted instantly with such kindness and set up with a salesman within minutes. All of my concerns were taken into consideration and I was put into the perfect car with a price to match. My salesman was extremely cooperative and patient, making my experience stress free and extremely pleasant. Thank you Prestige for changing my outlook on purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely be back in the future!!

    I leased a pre-owned X5 with only 5,000 miles on it. Within a few months I started have issues with the lift tail gate not going up all the way. Not every time and so many times, in anticipation of the gate opening fully, I would lean in and hit my head if gate would stop going up. Dealer replaced parts and I still experienced the same issue. About a year later I started having problems with the passenger seat belt warning going off. This happened when there was nothing on the seat. They replaced the sensor pad in the seat, but problem was not resolved. I just drive with the seat belt buckled when no one is in the car. I brought the vehicle in many times complaining of these issues, but they never got fixed. I leased two SUV's at the same time and I have no issues with the other one. However 50% is not good enough for me and when these leases are up in a few months, we are changing to another make of car and another dealership! Over the last 15 years, I leased (7) cars from this dealership and they did very little to resolve my issues.
