Romeo was the best!

this dealer sold me a car with problems and never

this dealer sold me a car with problems and never properly address them and still never properly address them and it’s going on 6+ months. I highly recommend going to another dealer the salesman and the dealer knew there was an issue with the reverse light on the car and still went through with the sale I noticed it half hour after leaving the dealership told me it would be fixed never has been fixed, still waiting for an IT fix is coming in January. It’s been a total and the lack of customer care has been extremely aggravating. They knew they could solve it and they chose not to. I even said I was worried about my kids driving the car without the reverse light due to the vision, the camera puts out without the lines and they could care less , do yourself a favor and listen. This was the second car I purchased from them so I feel like a sucker.

I came from Poughkeepsie to look for a jeep.

I came from Poughkeepsie to look for a jeep. These guys were amazing to work with were honest. Made u feel very comfortable!! The showroom is very welcoming and warm. They make sure my visit was comfortable and didn’t keep me there longer than I should’ve. My salesman Romeo Deluca was wonderful. He made me feel like I knew what I was doing even though I didn’t. The financial guy was wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I will go back there. The truck is well worth your time.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership in factory ordering my vehicle with “Manny”. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to buy a Jeep, this is the place. Only takeaway is when I took delivery of the vehicle. The PDI team needs to pay attention to detail, insuring the interior is dust off and adding tire shine to make the car shine when you walk down the steps delivery day.

Best car buying experience......ever!!

Chris met us at the door upon arrival from NYC at 127p. He was fast, efficient and most importantly HONEST about our potential purchase. No 'hiding the ball or playing games' like 2 other dealerships I had recently visited. Got our information to the finance guy (Monty) and came back within 10 minutes with the expected payments. Off to the finance guy Monty, who made is super easy to go thru the terms of the approval. Everything from what was done to get the car to certified status, the 125 point inspection and the gap coverage to cover all repairs for the life of the car. Once that was settled, off to the insurance guy(Mike) to get temporary plates and insurance binder. Whole process was done by 335p, making it the fastest and smoothest car purchase ever. Was a little apprehensive about making the hour plus trip from NYC, but the team there at Ramsey Chrysler made more then worth it. Once again, shoutout to Chris for keeping the process moving fast and simple......5 Stars. I will send others to Ramsey just for that experience.

delay in service

called to get an appointment and they tell you, that its more then 20 day wait. you have got to be kidding me. i definitely think you can do a better job. called another jeep service and they provided me service less then one week away.

Excellent service department

Excellent service at this location! The manager Ron Federico is amazing! I took my jeep sahara there for a diagnostic, and he personally takes care everything and make sure to follow up with me during the process! I will strongly recommend to take your car to this dealer service for all your needs!
