    They charged me $50 to fix a problem which existed when I bought the car a a certified used, even tough the problem existed a few months earlier when I... bought the car. So much for their so called complete inspection. The rear door lock mechanism was broken. If you buy a certified car from them, make sure you check every minor detail. Then after they fixed the problem, someone from the dealership called to say I missed the appointment. Makes you wonder about their record keeping. AND, I had to go back to the dealership to correct a mistake they made on the billing

    Excellent experience and absolutely no pressure. Carlos and Rosemary assisted me and were very helpful. Given that it was the last day of the month,... the finance folks were backed up, so it took 3 hours to get out the door. Even in the finance department it was a soft sell, which most of America appreciates. The car was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership, and would recommend this team to everyone.

    No way, not today, we're not signing anything today, not without going home and thinking about the car we chose at the numbers presented to us. Even if... its a good deal. Boy were we wrong. The whole team were extremely nice and very professional. Aaron G was very professional, very polite and accommodating and never pushy. They made it extremely hard to walk away because they addressed all of our concerns immediately and even when they beat the heck out of our price point, Ron would come over and do one better. This is our third time buying a Toyota, our second time buying from Prestige and I guarantee that we will be back. Thanks guys.

    Customer service and competency is not their thing, I would give them a ZERO as this was the worst car buying experience I have had. When I... arrived at the dealership on 11/19/18, I met with salesman, Carlos DaSilva. Carlos was helpful and knowledgeable. During the negotiation process an unknown sales manager turned the entire experience into a negative one. Working with Carlos I was close to a deal until this unknown manager came down with an unprofessional, rude attitude. The sales manager suddenly presented completely different numbers then which was previously agreed upon, of which, Carlos agreed that what was presented by this manager was not what was discussed. I believe this was part of the “tactics” at this dealership and how they deal with customers. After dealing with this sales manager, I was ready to leave, however I literally could not as the sales team had the keys to my car because they were still “evaluating it for trade-in value.” The tactic of holding my keys was again adding to the negative experience that I was already dealing with. I would have to say beware of the “tactics” at this dealership as it was even stated by Jay Yarber (General Manager) that “I told my sales team to be aggressive,” as it was near black Friday. Also, Carlos failed to return my license to me that night and it had to be mailed to me as I traveled 75 miles. After making a deal I should not have, arrangements were made to take delivery, one week later on 11/26/18 at 6:30pm. This is where my experience changes from a negative experience to unacceptable. Without going into too much detail the finacne guy who was going to finalize the deal was unavailable and I got the "B" team. Long story short NOTHING was explained, copies were not provided, and the gentleman actually asked me to compete the warranty paperwork. I was like this is for you to fill out and provide the terms and details. A manager had to get involved. TWO HOURS later we completed the process. Mind you they had 1 weeks notice, I previously faxed proof of insurance, lien holder info, and came with the necessary documents that were requested. When all was said and done I stated that I was confident something was messed up. A couple of weeks later I received the title without the lien holder listed on the title. We will see if this gets rectified. After reading reviews on other sites such as YELP and after my personal experience stay away from this dealership to save yourself some aggravation. I wish I read some of those reviews prior to going there. I now question the validity of their "certification" NOT A REPUTABLE DEALER.

    I bought Toyota RAV4 2015 limited from this dealer on Aug 11, 2017. They said that they gonna post my license plate (which I already paid for this service... fee to them.) I still didn't get it until today (9/12/2017). I tried to call them several times and said that they will call me back but I didn't get any call from them yet. Receptionist always transfer me to the guy who never pick up my call.

    Final Impression: A) If a dollar came off the sales price for every minute this dealership took to actually sell us our car...they'd owe us money out... the door; B) Attention to detail was not covered in general training--but that's okay, that's what computers are for...No,no THE computer said so. YOUR arithmetic is inferior (just know that going in & it will save you tons of frustration. Don't try to explain; you will not be listened to nor be heard; you will however be placated--that surely will make you feel better ¿); C) The dealership is allergic to providing customer copies but if you ask three or four times that should cure it; D) The cars sell themselves; they are good products--hence, why we put up w/ (A-C). All-in-All, it's a car dealership. You will always feel a little dirty walking out. But, the salesperson's bubbly attitude and the unlimited cappuccino will give you the strength to press on (Note: they do have water for you to rehydrate). Would I go back? Perhaps, for the right deal. But this time we'd be prepared with a good book, food, a tent and some sleeping bags. When the customers in front of you order delivery for their family--you feel like a FOOL for walking in so ill prepared. I began a captains log for we were in fear that we weren't going to make it. To all those considering Prestige--I say give them a go. I'm not exactly giving a glowing recommendation; but the cars are the same wherever you go. You might find the right deal for you and your family there. So, why not? God speed.
