Knowledgeable and helpful, I had an unusual situation with a hard to find part and he was able to facilitate finding that part and keep my EX35 running. 205,000 miles and going strong. Follow up service post sale terrible
Dwight in sales was great and that's where the good ended. Five phone calls and three emails over an expiring temp tag. No one except Dwight seemed to care and they demonstrated that in their tone and then proved it with zero follow through

Awesome Car buying experience. No xx!
I had a great experience with these guys. Dennis in sales was great. Very honest. Also very patient with me, I had a ton of questions and he answered all of them without any xx. If he wasn't sure of the answer, he went and found the answer. He gave me great understanding of current market conditions and current financing challenges with interest rates. Very honest on how your money is being used. Explained the money factor process vs interest rates. How residual value works and how it effects pricing in a lease. I got a great education from them. The dealership is a great size. Small enough to be very personal with their service to you, and large enough to accommodate all of your needs. Kevin the GM was great. Took the time to sit with me to make sure all of my questions were answered and all of my needs met. Incredible service.
