    Not hard to sell a Volvo to a Volvo owner but it's the personal service and consideration a dealership offers that makes the difference in the sales experience. Ramsey Volvo and their team of professionals are a class act. They gave me a personalized experience that met my needs and I , again, drove home last night in my new Volvo. Super happy and super grateful.

    I have been coming to Ramsey Volvo for 5 years now for my XC90. I have never had and issues. Working with Steve has been a pleasure, he is very good at explaining what services need to be performed and what can wait. The entire process is very timely and the entire team is very friendly. I will continue to use them in the future.

    I honestly has never dealt with such a bad service dealership in my life before. My husband got his car from here and since day one is being a horrible place to deal with. The sales rep that conducted the deal with him was just nasty. Once he got the deal signed his attitude and behavior changed into just plain disrespect. Beyond that the service department is just horrendous. My husband' car literally stopped working in the middle of the highway and it took them 2 weeks to 'figure out the problem'. When my husband asked for a loner car as they couldn't figured out the problem with his, the sales reps and service team told him ' we don't have one, is pretty much your problem. Go and rent one' It took 2 days for them to even try and accept the fact the car issues was going to be 'complicated to fix' and that he needed a loner car. Beyond that, if we didn't call to check the status of the repairs, we would have NEVER found out any information. Today, after we called them. they told my husband the car was ready to pick up but that WE OWN THEM MONEY because in order to 'fix the car they drained the gas tank so we needed to pay them back'...Are yous serious???? The problem was caused by YOUR CAR SYSTEM AND SENSORS. You drained in order to FIX IT!!!!!! Are they serious???!!!! This dealer and service department are FAR FROM being considered a 'LUXURY SERVICE PROVIDER'. They need to train their personal, teach them manners. The lack of service is visible. In all the years I have dealt with Customer Service I never encounter such a plain horrible place. Truly disappointing. We are definitely looking for another dealership to take the car in the future. If anyone is even considering VOLVO Ramsey, honestly, think twice...

    I came into this dealership with my mother and test drove a Volvo C30. The sales rep was friendly, and I had my Volvo XC70 appraised. I was offered $2,000. This is such a drastically wrong number; I had been offered more than four times that by both Volkswagen and Chevrolet. The sales rep used low air in my one tire as a reason why the offer was so low, which was the dumbest excuse I have ever heard. I had not asked for this explanation because it was not worth debating. My mom and I got up and left without saying more than "nope bye". Something was clearly sketchy; be it sexism or an attempt at a major, major rip off. I drove to Subaru and they offered me $9,800 for my car upfront. I didn't even negotiate to get this price and the tire was still low on air (because it is 23 degrees outside and air doesn't cost $8,000). This big of a price difference is more than sketchy. Something is very wrong at this dealership, but I love my new Subaru Impreza.

In addition, the fact that we couldn't get together on the numbers does not mean that we are sexist, which is a rather insulting accusation that you've applied to our team.     This dealership is the best I've ever been to in all of my life. Every single person I dealt with was kind, courteous and extremely customer oriented. You can tell that customer service is their number one priority. They answered every question and the whole process was quick and smooth. I felt like they really cared about every customer in there and that they go above and beyond. The car really sells itself, but the staff you have here are terrific! I would never go anywhere else. I would give them all 20 stars if I could. Daniel was the BEST!!! Tom was awesome explaining every detail about the car and going over everything. The finance guy was terrific making the whole process go smooth and the manager was a great guy who made me feel like he really cares about his customers experience. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the lady in the parts department who was clearly very concerned with my satisfaction. Every single employee went above and beyond. Purchase/lease your car from this dealership. I highly recommend them 😊
