    I had a lot of issues when I was purchasing my new 2017 rebel so to try to make things right they gave me a warrantee that I would get 10 free oil changes... and my first free brake service for free so now that I went there to get my brake service done they told me they cannot honor the warranty because I went above 39,000 miles I never heard of a truck leaving rear brakes with less than 39,000 miles granted they did replace my front brake pads last year for free but now that I need rear brakes they won't do it because they say I went above the mileage this was never a factor they said my first free brake service as long as I own the vehicle this dealership does nothing but lie and then try to make you feel better by giving you a bogus warrantee that you will never use stay away from them this is why their service department is always empty And they go through service technicians every month

    The service was incredible the Saleman Ryan was friendly and very professional he really knew his job I would recommend anyone to him Also the manager... Nina was Courteous and very professional

    My salesman Ryan Unick was fantastic. He was very professional, he listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle, gave me multiple options and worked within... my budget. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle for certain.

    Ryan is the man! He's very good at his job. It was very refreshing to go to a car dealership and not feel like someone was just trying to sell me a car.... He made a valiant effort to listen to my wants and needs by talking to me about the features and benefits of each vehicle. I would definitely buy another car from Franklin Sussex if he were my salesman (and if I had more money)

    A smiling and very patient Internet Manager, Deena Demsak, was genuinely caring in her response to our questions and in helping direct my wife and I to... the correct meeting place for our appointment made on line. We are grateful for her introduction of Sales & Leasing Specialist, Jim Fischer, who greatly impressed us with the professional and honest service he provided. Jim listened carefully to our vehicle preferences and presented all of the details necessary to help us make a perfect purchase decision. He offered full disclosure of discounts we were eligible for, fairly divulging each of them. At all times we felt Jim was concerned with our happiness above just making a sale. We will enthusiastically recommend Jim to our family and friends. Finally, our purchase was completed with Business Manager John Rodriguez. John's proficiency, expertise, and friendly manner made the financial aspect of our transaction a pleasant cinch.     Ryan was awesome! So helpful and helped me get my dream car for a price that I can afford. I highly recommend asking for him when you go. They literally... drove my car from one of their locations ONE HOUR AWAY from the sussex dealership. Such a positive experience here. Thank you Ryan!!
