So we purchased a Black 2019 RX450h from Richard who I believe expired on the day we bought the car. 2 months later we traded it in for a 2020 RX 350 and... were lucky enough to get Marcus who is the absolute best! Not just because he is an Eagles fan but he is just an all-around nice guy who knows how to sell a car! Thank You Marcus. We love the champagne beige with Car Play. That car turns heads! Kudos to Sam Ghani also. They both made the experience seamless and rewarding!

I recently moved to the New Jersey area and this is the closest Lexus service center to my home. I made an appointment for my RX450H in for general check... up and oil change. When I arrived Iwas told it would be up to two hours for service. Even with the appointment. I understand service centers get busy, so I asked for a loaner car (as every Lexus service center offers them) but Englewood has only one loaner car for over 50 appointments in their day. Their lobby/waiting area looks like the DMV. It was a miserable experience, but I decided to give them another chance to change my tires. Again, I called and got a quote, made an appointment and turned up early. The actual cost was $200 more than I was quoted on the phone. When I brought this up to the manager on duty she became angry with me for not understanding there would be more costs associated with the tire change than was quoted over the phone. She reluctantly lowered the price and informed me it would be two hours to change the tires. Again they didn't have the loaner car available. I've now been here for three hours with no information on my car. Do yourself a favor, don't bring your car here. Go a bit farther to a service center who had loaner cars or go outside Lexus. You will save money and time and hopefully will speak with people who appreciate you for choosing them.
Very unprofessional and careless staffs. The frustration has gone months and still has not resolved. Very unprofessional and poor management. The worst... dealdership experience ever.
I shopped around for a Lexus NX within several NJ dealerships during the month of September 2019. By far, Lexus of Englewood was the right choice concerning... professionalism, transparency, courtesy, and price. I walked into the dealership around 1130AM and drove away with a great deal by 3PM.

They were very polite and responded very appropriately to any of our points we raised. They also supported their argument with a document drawn from internet... which was "Vehicle Dependability Study" showing Lexus at the top of the list of 32 other brands of popular cars as the most dependable car among all. That one document prevented me to go to another brand which I was thinking this time for a change. They conducted a very civilized and a productive conversation with us and made us feel that they were helping us and not trying to grab money from us. .

I felt that I was buying the best product on the market this being my third Lexus in a row. I had used the first one up to 146000 miles without any problems,... the second one up to 100000 miles without any problems except the bluetooth connection for my I phone. They also showed me a dependability survey showing Lexus at the top. Everyone in that showroom made me feel at home and special. They felt that I didn't need to bring a cashier's check after all since it was little under $10000 although at the end the amount was double when we added the maintenance program, the extended warranty and the tire protection. I felt special when they trusted me. I can go on for hours with how I feel with that company and their service.
Ash was very professional and explained everything about the vehicle. When I got there the car was already prepared to be picked up without a wait time... .
