    I recently bought a used 2004 Jeep Liberty from a used auto lot. I took it to teetorboro Jeep for a once over, fixes on two recalls and a minor repair. I had to return a week later for spark plugs and a coil repair, which was just part of buying a used vehicle that is 13 years old. That said, on both occasions I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service and expediency in which my vehicle was repaired. My service advisor Jimmy too the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. When I was leaving he noticed that my front license plate was hanging and he personally fixed it after also helping me with a loose gasket on the windshield. I am not sure why there are bad reviews about this service department because everyone I encountered if only briefly was friendly and helpful. I was not one to take my car to a dealer because I was just afraid of the expense, but these guys have won a customer for life. I will continue to bring my Jeep liberty to them and I am confident they will keep it running for a long time.

    My wife and I recently bought a used Mitsubishi Montero from Teterboro Chrysler Jeep. We live in Arizona so last week I flew back and picked up the vehicle and drove it out to Az. As I found out yesterday, I was lucky to have made it safely because the "metal" on the tread of the left rear tire was showing. My mechanic here in Az. said that I was lucky to have made it. I was really disappointed that they let me go on such a road trip with that tire. They had said that they put two new tires on the front and why they didn't check the back is beyond me. We also were disappointed to learn that much of the undercarriage has rust. Our mechanic said it needed an alignment but due to the rust, doing an alignment might break some parts. I understand that is common in vehicles from back East but we had specifically ask the dealer over the phone about rust and he said it was clean. Furthermore, he had said that the car went through the shop and was "thoroughly" checked over and yet the horn doesn't work and the radio antennae was missing. Also, they were unable to give me the radio transmitters for the keyless entry. I got one key from them. My wife made a few phone calls today in hopes that they would take back the car and refund our money since they were not upfront with the issues of the car. When the used car manager finally got back to her he offered no sympathy and no resolution. It was rather disheartening finding this out about the car and even more so that they offered no help in trying to make us an offer or to help out by offering to buy two new tires for the rear. Bottom line, I would not deal with them. Especially knowing that they probably knew about the rear tire and still let me leave on a 2300 mile road trip with a bad tire.

    I am currently in my third leased vehicle. I think Teterboro Jeep Dodge is probably the worst car dealer I've ever had to deal with. Not only do they not offer service hours on the weekends, their show room is completely unprofessional. While I understand the idea of comrade in the work place, this location take it to another level. I waited for 45 minutes for a salesman who was supposedly busy, only to find out later that he was sitting behind me the majority of the wait. The receptionist who seated me initially forgot who I was and asked if I was being helped. I also was forced to bring my plates back to motor vehicle myself, which I have never had to do with any other car dealer. Please do not waste your time or money here. They are extremely unhelpful. Buying a car can be stressful as it is, this location will not help. The only reason I have 1 star is because it does not allow you to choose zero.

    Had leased a jeep from a dealer, when the lease was up, we decided to go with a different make. The new dealer payed off the lease and advised us that we to return the vehicle to jeep. We contacted Teterboro Jeep about the return they told us because we didn't/weren't getting another jeep, that we had to bring the vehicle to the original jeep dealer. We did just that. We drove the vehicle an hour back to dealer, to find out that that the vehicle could be returned to any jeep dealer and that Teterboro jeep just didn't want to deal with it. I will never buy, lease, or refer anybody to Teterboro Jeep EVER. POOR BUSINESS.

    I recently leased a car from this dealer. I thought everything was going well until i needed service. What kind of dealership is open to sell you a car during the weekend but without service!!!!!!! Not only that i tried making an appointment when i am off during Christmas between the 26th and 30th and i couldn't get an appointment!! If you are interested in buying a Jepp (Which i do love the car) go somewhere people are actually going to take car of you after your purchase. Everybody works.. Why would a dealer think to not have service hours on weekends when most people have time to come in. Ridiculous.

    Went to this dealership and Mike Roundtree sold me a Jeep Wrangler last week got a great deal. But most important he changed the way I look at dealerships. I did not feel like he was a salemen just trying to get a commission,but actually cared about me and what I needed the best car that suited me. That's why I told about four people to go see him and they said the same thing after he help them. Thanks mike

    Best way to describe is "even if you pay to much (which you wont) you will still leave with a smile. Before coming to this place was at Ramsey Jeep on RT 17 and actually walk out of place (the worst ever). Went to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep on Rt46, didn't even have an appointment but right away a rep approached us and asked what we where looking for. They didn't push a sale or try any of the tricks seen at dealers. Just met with a pleasant Daryl Lalla who right away asked what we liked and what would be able to afford. Without even a blink he dropped the price way down and explained everything every step of the way. We actually got everything we wanted and more without any of the haggling or headaches. Would recommend to everyone and as long as I get Jeeps will always come back. Great work

    THERE WAS A LOT PROMISE TO ME AND ONCE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP I WAS NEVER GIVEN ANY OF THE WORK THAT WAS PROMISED. I TOOK MY CAR BACK TO THE DEALER TWO DAYS AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND THE BREAKS WERE SQUEAKING AND THEY COULD NOT FIX IT. THEY JUST LEFT IT THAT WAY AND SAID THEY WERE NEW BREAK PADS. IT IS NOW SIX MONTHS LATER AND STILL THE BREAKS ARE SQUEAKING. I WAS PROMISE OIL CHANGES NOTHING WAS EVER GIVEN. I FEEL ONCE YOU GET SUCKERED INTO THE PROMISES NO ONE EVER FOLLOWS UP. A YELLOW LIGHT CAME ON THE CONSOLE AND I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AND THEY JUST SAID IS THE TIRED PRESSURE INSTEAD OF FILLING UP THE TIRES WITH AIR. THE SIX MONTH REGISTRATION IS ALSO CHEAP. IT SHOULD BE A YEAR. I AM TO THE POINT WHERE I DONT GO BACK TO THE DEALER FOR ANYTHING. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

    Purchased a brand new 2017 vehicle with 17 miles that broke down the next day. All concerned, including the receptionist Diane, were nonchalant and unsympathetic. They gave me the run around and no one even gave me the courtesy of a phone call. They let my vehicle sit all day without even looking at it. As of now, I have no vehicle and plan on reporting this dealership to the BBB if the problem is not resolved immediately.
