DCH Paramus Honda

My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 CRV from DCH Honda. Our sales person was Mo and he was OUTSTANDING!! We were initally considering getting a certifed pre-owned car. Mo was able to walk us through the pros and cons of purchasing new vs. pre-owned and allowed us to come to our own decision. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all! He was very relatable and all around a great guy. This is our 2nd Honda from DCH and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for new wheels

Like Alexa mentioned below, I did my research for about three months leading up to my purchase. I had seen bad reviews all over and started to get discouraged. But then I noticed that all dealers have bad ratings. It was a matter of knowing what you want and knowing your limits. Being I did my research, set a budget limit, and did my loan approval and insurance quote beforehand, it made the process very simple. I chose 3 dealerships, which included DCH Paramus Honda as my first choice. We went Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Daniel. Daniel was awesome from the first handshake until the last. He explained everything honestly and thoroughly and was willing to work with me. The manager and the finance salesman Christian were both polite and helpful. I purchased my 2013 Honda Civic LX for a great price. Everything was great. I would highly recommend. Just be prepared to be in there for a while if you decide to purchase because there are many steps.

Everything was fine with that process. Ladi showed us all the opportunities that the dealership had and we decided to take the one that it looked a very good deal Very knowledgeable and professionally prepared to do his job. Very polite and quickly finished with us to continue with the next customer.

Very friendly, very informative, helpful! The whole time I was satisfied with the service! The salesman is very very VERY friendly that he made us feel more comfortable there.
