Mercedes-Benz of Paramus

I had my tires rotated as part of my 70k service. Given that I have a Mercedes GLK, the tire pressure is intended to be higher in the rear (40psi) as compared with the front (35psi). When the dealership rotated my tires, they did not rebalance my tire pressure. They only rotated the backs to the front. This caused me to have to make an additional trip to a service station to have this fixed.

Attentive, fulfilling and capable to address mechanical problems listed. Staff was courteous I spite of being overwhelmed with the number of clients presenting with problems at the same time.

It is headache free service and people is nice to talk! Everything go smoothly and helpful! Service Dept give me a E300 to drive for help! Thanks!
