Disappointing

I had my tires rotated as part of my 70k service. Given that I have a Mercedes GLK, the tire pressure is intended to be higher in the rear (40psi) as compared with the front (35psi). When the dealership rotated my tires, they did not rebalance my tire pressure. They only rotated the backs to the front. This caused me to have to make an additional trip to a service station to have this fixed.

Attentive, fulfilling and capable to address mechanical problems listed. Staff was courteous I spite of being overwhelmed with the number of clients presenting with problems at the same time.

CPO PURCHASE

My sales rep Henri was very professional and made my experience purchasing my vehicle hassle free. They spent no time trying to hassling me but rather than to help my get the best deal for my vehicle.

Extremely favorable

Nice dealership

Lamont was great. Dealership is quite beautiful and limited vehicles were available in c class edition It took a while to see finance guy to complete paperwork
