hey were quick to respond to all my questions. Their finance team was also extremely useful and professional. Pricing was best in class. I searched for this car for 6 months, and their pricing beat everyone else. Car was detailed, full tank of gas, and in tip top shape when I got it. The overall customer service was outstanding. I felt the buying experience was amazing because the sales reps love their jobs and love doing business with people. Kudos to Michael Carter and Euna Wilson for being such a welcoming, trustworthy individuals. Doing the credit application with Landon was also a breeze ad very personal and conversing.

, Floor Manager (Jason Lee) and General Manager are outstanding individuals before they present them as sales associates. The Financial manager also is very personable. The location, service, communications, and price are just exceptional. The service is outstanding. They give flexible appointment scheduling, Waiting room is comfortable. You mat do internet search for better price. Yes, you may find comparable price offered by a very few dealerships in NJ, RI or MD. But your will get the most comprehensive BMW-standard service here. I will definitely go back to this place for my next car.

sentative at the BMW Tenafly Service Center. I work in New York (long hours at times) and every time my vehicle needs service he sees to it that I have a loaner vehicle and is always able to be flexible so I'm not being inconvenienced in any way. He is also on top of all my vehicle service needs and makes certain my vehicle is maintained well. John keeps me in the loop with any new vehicles or lease offers that he thinks I or anyone I know may be interested in and is always going above and beyond to make certain I'm satisfied. Most of all, he has great energy, is patient with me and is always a pleasure to work with. He makes the process of having to get your car serviced a pleasant experience always.
came in with my 2000 z3 for service because the check engine light was on , cause, lower oil separator hose. the dealer tech noticed two other damaged
hoses that had enough slack to be trimmed and reconnected instead of replacing them which would have been much more costly for me. I have never heard of this happening at a dealer anywhere else. Any issues they remove and replace. I was very happy to hear a quick trim and reconnect was done. I highly recommend this level of service to anyone in the BMW of Tenafly area.
