I recently corresponded with Adam Iorlano at this dealership. Although we were not able to reach an agreement, he was very helpful and answered all of my questions and requests very promptly. After 45 years of purchasing cars I know too well the difference between a unscrupulous and legitimate dealership and Galaxy has been a good experience and is recommended.

Was looking to purchase a used car. Mark from sales "helped" us look around and found us something that seemed perfect. Promised us that he could get the price dropped within our budget. We called a few days later after sleeping on it to get the final price, just to be told that the price would not only NOT be dropped, but that it was actually $1000 MORE than what we were told the asking price was. In hindsight I should have known Mark was lying--he continually gave us a lot of double talk, as if he had no idea what he was doing. Even if he didn't know what he was doing, common human decency should indicate that lying is a big turn off, even if you are trying to make a sale. Highly disappointed in this dealership. Mark gives the entire dealership a bad name.

Bob was excellent salesman would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable. Sales team and management were very accommodating. Can't wait the take My TRD off-road premium 4runner in the woods in VT!

No hard sell. Listened to what we wanted, rather than trying to sell something different. Answered questions as asked. Polite. Nice showroom. Good price. Good followup by sales and management.
