My first purchase in 2012 was wonderful experience with Tim Welsh. As the years have gone by , I have also dealt with Ed and Griffin in Sprinter Sales,... all of the sales personnel making car / van buying a very easy process. John and Michael in service have been keeping the " fleet " running perfectly, Finance department easy to deal with, and of course Richard who knows everything about the MB lineup and never far away to help navigate the MB command system.

Brought my car in to have the alternate battery replaced and it was returned with the sun roof damaged. Because their service hours are so unfriendly to... working individuals ( close at 6). There was no one to discuss this with. It now has to go back to repair damage the caused

I have been buying MB cars from this dealership for the past 25 years and last August I made a mistake. I decided to purchase a different make of car,... it was an Audi. Within the first 2 weeks of owning the car I had a problem with it. So I called the dealer and told them of the problem and the first thing out of their mouth was they had no loaner cars but they gave me the name of a local cab company. I said to myself I just spent the better part of $58k and these bozos promised me no one had better service than them, as long as you didn???t need any help. I waited another two months and finally decided that for my money I???m like everyone else, I don???t want to hear a bunch of bs excuses, I want the help I was promised when this dealership did their song and dance to sell me their Audi A6. So, after owning it for about 5 months I drove down to Contemporary Motors, my local MB dealer in Little Silver, NJ and bought myself a 2018 S450-4matic and returned to excellent service and more important to me, an honest dealer with no sneaky dealer add-ons when I bought the car and if the truth be told they were $2,000 less than the nearest other quote I got. If an MB car is on your horizon ask for Eric Jastram and tell him Barry sent you, you???ll be happy you shopped there, for real.

I had been to this dealership years ago but wound up leaving for better service and overall experience elsewhere. My friend had dealt with Joe and told... me I should at least meet him and see what he could do. When I walked in there were the same tired faces sitting looking bored; however, when I was escorted to meet Joe it was like a separate environment. His phone was constantly ringing and people were stopping by just to say hello. Despite all of the activity around him, he always made me feel special and took the time to overcome any challenge I presented during the sales process. He knew how much my time meant to me as well and knew I didn't care about meeting managers or dealing with the pre-owned manager who was not particularly polite or professional by the way. In fact, had it not been for Joe, I likely would have walked after that first evaluation. He was extremely professional and friendly, accommodating beyond anything anyone else has ever done for me and I knew I made the right decision to deal with him. He continues to provide outstanding service even after the sale, taking my calls any time of day or returning a message promptly. As for the other people I dealt with, they were still mediocre at best but Joe has my business and I will continue to refer people to him specifically. Really nice experience.
