I inquired about a pre owned Suburban through All American's website. I was forthright in my inquiry as I have a 2019 RAM that I am only 13 months into... the lease. After adding one more family member, I was in need of a third row, and a possible lesser payment. I was not confident, as I know it is very challenging to get out of a lease. I inquired anyway, noting this. I was contacted by Sharon and I explained my circumstances again. I also explained that I would like to work mostly over the phone as my wife is 9 months pregnant, and I wouldn't want to waste her time driving up to Middletown from Brick. Sharon contacted me throughout the week, asking for my payoff, loan company, and the VIN. I provided this information. After following up with Sharon, I was contacted by Jason, another Internet Sales associate. In our conversation, Jason noted that he was working with Sharon, that the price per month I was willing to pay to get out of my lease and into the preowned truck was reasonable and that I should come in as the manager found my truck desirable. I made an appointment and drove to All American after work. The lot and showroom are full of cars, but few people. I sat down with a salesmen, Jason, different from the internet sales associate. His immediate reaction was "this is simple math" it is not going to work. I explained that I was asked to come down. My issue is not at all that a deal could not be made; I understand "simple math." But after giving information about the truck, then being told the monthly payments are reasonable and that the manager felt my truck was sell-able and being asked to come down only to be referred to "simple math," I find this a gross, dishonest waste of my time. All American Chevy wasted my time. My wife as 2018 Equinox that when ready to be turned in, will not be going to that dealership. My father is also picking up his new Blazer tomorrow, and it is not from All American Chevy. Not because you could not make a deal- that is understandable. You lost three potential customers because you wasted my time, instead of being honest on the initial contact.
Wish I could give 0 stars! Last year went in looking for a new Tahoe. I had numbers in my mind and terms that I told them if they could hit, I'd sign.... They came back with just what I wanted to pay monthly, but they must not have thought I would notice the extra 12 payments in there. When I called them out on it, they pretty much shrugged it off and said this is what we can do. Guess they really were desperate for a sale. Bought my Tahoe at another dealership. Decided to give this place another chance in the service department since I live in Middletown and it's convenient. Won't make that mistake again. Chris is probably the most rude service rep you could ask for. Didn't want me asking any questions even though I had an appointment and he told me it would be about 2 hours before my car was scene. I grabbed my keys and couldn't get out of there quick enough. Someone needs to remind him it's not the customer's fault he's a glorified secretary at his age. If you're looking at a Chevy, go to Seacoast. Hands down much better people to work with for sales and service.

My salesman Jason was customer focused and I didn't feel like he was ripping me off. I have bought about 16 new cars in my life and this is the first time... I did not feel buyers remorse so that says it all. I am driving around with a big smile because of Jason!
REPAIRS to the Truck Radio was more than OUTRAGEOUS. COST of the Radio $ 219.00, COST of the LABOR $ 700.00. I thought that by Going to the DEALERSHIP... they would be REASONABLE. I WAS WRONG. I WILL TELL MY Friends & Neighbors to STAY AWAY FROM CHEVROLET DEALERSHIPS.

I had a great experience with my salesman Bill and everyone else i dealt with. They were kind, courteous, helpful and very professional. Bill was very... knowledgeable about the vehicle i was interested in. The whole experience was one of the best I had with purchasing a vehicle, overall very smooth and seamless.
Every person that I met in the dealership in Middletown was very kind and professional, but my special thanks goes to Mr Miguel Miranda (service advisor)... who is a very positive person, very helpful and patient in explaining. Before I came there with my beloved 12 years old Monte Carlo I did estimated cost in a few places and the offer which I got from All American Chevrolet was the best.
Was going to buy a new car and was greeted by a salesman Jason Wysowata he ask what car I wanted a traverse he show the car was helpful with what I wanted... also what I like about it was he did not hover over me during the test he was helpful with the car and was very with the buying and financing he is the salesman that I would tell my friends to ask for.

Went looking for cars, while I didn't purchase it was nice to not have to deal with heavy pressure. Salespeople let me browse, offered help if needed,... not the pushy type you deal with in other places. I would definitely go back to look again and purchase if I found the car I wanted.
