I took my 2011 CR-V in for an oil change, but was advised

I took my 2011 CR-V in for an oil change, but was advised that there were other problems with the brakes and the water pump. I was kind of taken aback at how expensive the repairs were (over $2000) but decided to let them go ahead and do them because I want to try to keep the car for a few more years. I have to say that after the work was done the car runs much more smoothly and quietly, so I'm happy with the results. I'm just a little taken aback at how expensive it was.

The service rep carefully explained the work that needed to be done and the importance of having it completed at this time. The work seems to have been done quite satisfactorily and the car was ready at the time it was promised. Hats off to the repair staff.

Working with Larryt has been an exceptional experience. Larry knows the Honda Brand and cars inside and out. Beyond his professional expertise, Larry is courteous, respectful, and transparent, setting a high standard for customer service. He always provides thorough answers to all my questions, ensuring a seamless experience. I would like to see him more, but my previous Honda served me well for nearly 15 years, (a testament to its durability). I am thrilled with my new HRV-Sport. I experienced a flat tire on a Sunday morning and called

I experienced a flat tire on a Sunday morning and called the Service Department to make an appointment. I was told I could bring my Accord in at anytime without an appointment. On Sunday afternoon I came in and was greeted by Ernest who seeing the “donut” on my car knew right away why I was there. The car was taken almost immediately while I waited in the lounge. Unfortunately, not only was the tire damaged, but the wheel was too. Ernest told me what the cost would be for a new tire and wheel. Since there was no wheel in stock, he told me he would order it and to come back on Tuesday. I did, and the repair took less than an hour. In my book, this is a top notch Service Department.
