This is my second car bought at Chevy and third from

This is my second car bought at Chevy and third from Raymond. Overall the experience was decent but I was left waiting not knowing what was happening in the final stage. Then the salesman didn’t walk me to the car and walk me through the features likely since it was past his time to go home. I’m not stupid and can figure things out on my own but when you spend that money you deserve that respect all the way through.

Darek was great he truly cares about the customer and

Darek was great he truly cares about the customer and making him feel as comfortable as possible.. The other team members also explained everything very clearly so we understood exactly what we are signing up for and put our mind at ease. There was no pressure whatsoever and they’re very fair on their trade-in allowances. This is my third time buying from Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch, and I truly believe they care sincerely about the customer and making them feel comfortable with their purchase, but also they give a lot to the community and that speaks mountains with me. They are very generous to our community and I will always patronize business's who look out for others. Thank you for making this purchase a stress free event and enjoyable

5-stars across the board. This GM dealership is awesome! The culture that Mark Scarpelli sets and expects of his team is real. Cody Schoen (my sales representative) was totally professional and patient with me and our buying process! I'm a very detail oriented person, and they answered everything and clarified anything I was unclear on. The deal was tremendous. Don't hesitate to go to Raymond for any new or used GM vehicle you are considering!
