    I love this place!! I was really worried, with my not so great credit score, that I wouldn't be able to get a car on my own. The guys here worked with me so that I could drive away with the car I wanted and monthly payments I could actually afford. I highly recommend the team here at Raymond Chevrolet!

    Last week I was surfing Internet and my search for Cruz diesel cars came back with positive results. It showed one Cruz diesel with manual transmissions at Raymond Chevrolet Kia at Antioch, IL. Since I am looking for this type of cars, I sent email to dealer and received shortly response from dealer. They said that car is in their dealership and I can scheduler test drive. Shortly after I received a phone call from dealership and woman with a nice voice set my appointment and said that I have to ask for Rubin. That is a name of their Internet sales manager, He would make sure that I would receive VIP treatment… I set up appointment for Saturday to test drive Chevy Cruz diesel w/manual transmission. Dealership sent me couple emails with confirmation. I’ve been promised a “VIP treatment”. On Saturday, while driving to my appointment, I received phone call from “Rubin”. I asked him if he has a car and got positive answer. I need to mentioned that dealership is about 50 miles away plus Saturday Mother Day traffic and you can imagine my expectation. Once I arrived to dealership, sales person shook my hand and couple minutes later informed me that car is in “transit” (whatever that supposed to mean) and they have so many cars on a lot that it is very difficult for them to track each and every one of them… I am far from thinking that this is a way Chevy treats their customers but at same time now I know how first class service different from “second hand” dealership. And one more thing: If that was a VIP treatment – I do not want to see their normal one.

    My fiance and I just bought a 2010 equinox from Ed Dembski. We love the car and received great service from him, fitting all we needed and wanted into the perfect vehicle. Ryan Borke, the manager, was happy to work with our tight budget so we could get everything we needed for our growing family.     Went back to Raymond Kia after my 2013 Optima Hybrid that I bought at Raymond was totalled in a brutal crash. I walked away from the accident which the police and fire dept. said was a miracle. I owe it to the safety of that car. Anyway, the dealership was great when the sold me the 2013 so I drove the 45 minutes from home passing a rival Kia dealer on the way to see if they could get a similar car to replace it While they did not have one on the lot, I know they will make an attempt to locate one that fits my specs. Thanks to Erica and Victor for the help and trust.

    I purchased a 2013 Spark that was bought back by Chevrolet as a lemon (it would not drive forward). Neat huh? Ever since that purchase, I have received numerous mailings, phone calls, and now text messages (the latest being from Pandocchi. It is now March, 2017, and this person refuses to leave me alone. I am keeping the text message and will be forwarding it to Chevrolet Corporate and the Illinois Attorney General's office. I am so sick of dealing with this nonsense and disrespect.
