    After reminding them they were using the wrong address on paper work over 3 times on a new Silverado, the title came in the mail with (you guessed it) the wrong address. Will not buy here again.

    The used car manager was kind enough to hold the car (with a down payment) until we could get there a week later. In my opinion, when you sell a car on the Internet, you do have to give consideration that people cannot just hop on a plane to get there. Planning and time off work are involved. The used car manager understood this. HOWEVER, the first person we talked to, which we were told was the new car manager for corvettes, told us that they couldn't hold cars, even with a down payment. We told him that we wanted the car but it would take a week to get the plane ticket worked out and that we wanted to make a down payment. He basically didn't care. He didn't seem interested at all. Thank goodness we tried again and was able to speak with someone who understood the situation. The first impression of this dealership was very, very poor and almost resulted in a lost sale but every time after that, things were great. The used car manager made the difference in the sale. He really saved the deal.

    I got there at 11am to look at ONE car that was used. Didnt leave till 9:30 after they closed. I was tired, hungry and unhappy about how long it was taking. I repeatedly told them I was just looking for a car and not wanting to buy one this month, but they kept harassing me with phone calls trying to get me to come back and send over my pay stubs. The employees are nice, but don't listen well. Over all didn't like the experience so I went to a different dealer and got a car under 3 hours.
