    My wife and I bought a 2016 Honda Civic last week and we worked with Chuck. Not only was he a wonderful and educated employee but he was also very humble.... He listened to what we wanted and delivered just that. We also were able to chat with Mark who I believe is a manager there and he was beyond helpful. Both Chuck and Mark made the whole experience so easy for us and we are very grateful for it.

    Haley was great in keeping in contact with me and answering all of my questions. I ended up traveling from Virginia to purchase a vehicle from Sussex Honda.... When I arrived Lou greeted me right away and made the process as quick as possible. We hit one little bump and it was fixed within the hour. When it came time to sign everything Mark was great in making sure everything was correct since I was from a state they usually do not deal with. I would definitely make the trip again to purchase a car from Sussex.

    If your keys are stolen you will have to get your car towed to a dealership to get a new set of keys made. The dealer should tell you this when you buy... the car.

    While we understand this situation is frustrating, there is nothing Sussex Honda can do when your keys are stolen. Honda makes the keys in such a way... that the car physically has to be onsite in order for us to program the new keys. There is no way around that.

    Over the years this was the third purchase from Sussex Honda. Our salesman Roger was just "GREAT"and very knowledgeable and friendly in the... purchase of our new CR-V. He brought us out to the parking lot and went over every aspect and operation of our new CR-V for at least 40 minutes. We ended up with a great lease and trade-in and Roger made the process very easy.
