    Don’t buy a vehicle in Sussex Honda, they are unresponsive. They don’t give any respect and response when you find existing issues in the vehicle.... And also they don’t fix them. Better choose other dealers.

    Pleasant experience dealing with Chris Burd in particular. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Took much too long to finalize the deal in the front office... manager's office with all the high tech computers and duplicate paper copies.

    I would recommend Sussex Honda to all my friends and family. It was very clean facility, and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Anthony Jimenez... and Dave Bradley made the entire experience very time efficient, cost effective, and fun! I don't think I'd go anywhere else to purchase a car.

    Most pleasant buying experience! Removed all the stress out of purchase!! Been a long time since I purchased a car. Gary Zinn in Sales was so nice, calm,... and informative. Finance was not pushy or intimidating. They have gained a lifetime customer a d i wil encourage my NJ family to come here as well! Large inventory new and perfect preowned for me!

    Prior to going to Sussex Honda, my daughter and I researched several makes and models. She chose the 2018 Honda CR-V EX. We went to Sussex Honda and... Saturday morning and a couple of hours later she was driving home in her new car. This literally had to be the easiest sales experience. Our sales person, Anthony Jimenez, was fantastic. We reached an agreed upon price without having to hear several times "Let me check with my manager". Dave Bradley in Finance handled all the paperwork and was also fantastic. We literally walked out of the dealership NOT thinking we were cheated. I would recommend them 100%.
