    Liked the fact that i was able to choose all my options and down payment online. Was able to make changes and see the new prices in seconds. Jaclyn answered... all my questions and made the process very smooth. Chris had the car ready and i drove it out in less than an hour. Will use this dealer again in the future.

    Overall the quality of my experience was excellent. Every body was very friendly, I worked mostly with Jason. They seem to truly care about myself and... my family's’ needs when it came to the model and trim of car I was looking for. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 for buying process was because the computer system they transferred to was brand new, so That slowed the process a little. Otherwise, great experience. Would highly recommend.

    I literally drove 2 hours to this dealer, and I would not hesitate to do it again. From the moment I reached out over email, Haley was friendly, courteous,... and understanding about our shopping needs. Once we got to the dealership, Chris made sure to swiftly provide all the information we asked for, and made the entire process smooth without any surprise fees.     From the moment we began our car buying experience at Sussex Honda, where we first worked with Haley, to our first appointment and ultimately all the way... through to the end and purchasing our new Ridgeline, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our sales rep Chris was amazing as was the sales manager Bob along with the finance team. The entire group worked together like a well orchestrate team that seemed to continually impress us throughout this experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team. You can tell, without a doubt, that customer service is their highest priority.
