After much trial and error and back and forth at other

After much trial and error and back and forth at other dealerships and a couple scammers super sales woman April Bradley made this new car experience so joyful and rewarding! I love the dealership itself is always clean and smells amazing you’re always greeted with a smile and immediate attention. April was very thorough and clear on the process of my purchase!!! I loveeeeeeeeeee my new Honda HRV-EXL Honda fan for life!!!!!

I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident.

I was in need of a new vehicle after an accident. Having previously purchased two cars from Sussex Honda, I naturally headed there for a third. Gary greeted me with a smile and we chatted for a while. He showed concern about me, the accident, and my current needs and preferences. He accompanied me on a test drive in a new CR-V hybrid which I ultimately purchased. Gary was knowledgable, personable, patient in his explanations, and encouraged me to stop in for any questions that I might have. I am very pleased with my overall experience including the short amount of time it took to complete the financial process with Chris.

April. April. April Bradley really heard my situation and what I wanted. She was able to get me into my 2025 Pilot with ease. I did get a payment that was comfortable for me. But April was professional, knowledgeable and humble. I am thrilled that I chose Sussex Honda for my car dealer of choice. When it is time, April I will be back to do business with you and your team again.

We purchased a Honda CRV 2024 and could not have been

We purchased a Honda CRV 2024 and could not have been more satisfied with the purchase, the assistance in obtaining our new vehicle, and the service department with setting up our repairs/maintenance (we have another Honda that we service here) The acquisition of the car by our sales rep Kaia couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience, we discovered that we have the same breed of dog when I brought my dog in… another one to sign off on the new purchase! The process for finance was also the quickest that I’ve ever encountered while buying a car. We were In and out of the finance office signing paperwork in about 30 mins (shout out to Chris in finance). The finance team made sure I was satisfied with my financial monthly obligation by being EXTREMELY flexible with my monthly payment. (They decreased my monthly just to make me comfortable in order to secure the sale) much appreciated! Kaia even took the extra time to make sure I was very knowledgeable about features and equipment in the car! (First time for that as well). A big THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED I KNOW THERE ARE MANY MORE “BEHIND THE SCENES” PEOPLE AND I THANK ALL OF THEM AS WELL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AT SUSSEX HONDA!

I've just leased my 6th Honda from Sussex Honda and each and every lease has been a pleasure. My salesperson has been Gary Zinn for 5 of them. I appreciate his honesty, friendliness and his professionalism. He knows what he's doing and gets the job done perfectly and quickly. I am very happy with the Honda vehicles I've had also, I've never had any issues and never been stranded on the side of the road. I will keep coming back to Sussex Honda and Gary for all my cars!
