We were contacted by Donna, Internet Specialist and the availability of the vehicle was confirmed and a appointment was set. Upon our arrival I was st...unned by the ambiance of the building. There was no manic pressure or Salesman pouncing. We test drove our Odyssey, submitted our trade and had a clear evaluation. Honest, easy deal. They met our needs. A family member bought here and recommended them as we were looking for a Honda and the family member said th...ere were plenty. He felt he received good service and a great deal. We drove 3 hours from Maryland to come up and purchase.
When I first starting emailing Honda dealers looking for a new Accord I received a response from Judy Rawcliffe. Judy was great, emailed back quickly,... kept in contact but not 'too much' so as to be annoying. Very helpful. When I made the decision to stick with Sussex Honda, Judy introduced my husband and I to salesman Chuck Buchholtz, who was also great to work with. I knew I wanted an Accord Sport, manual transmission, in a "color" (Honda usually only has black, gray or white for manual drivers - not this year!!) and Chuck (with Judy's initial help) was able to find an Accord, manual, in red. Only 3 in the tri-state area but I now own one of them! The process was smooth and easy with no annoying 'sales push'. They knew what I wanted, I knew the price, and that was that. Great experience from beginning to end.

Truthful, hard working guys who make sure to prioritize the drivers safety. No one is ???just another customer??? and they treat every car with TLC. I... trust them with my car more than anyone.
We brought our daughter's 2006 Honda Civic for an oil change and tire rotation to this dealership. Since we reside in Sussex County we decided to onc...e again try the dealership's service dept. Today; my wife had a very uncomfortable experience. A simple oil change and tire rotation resulted in a 2 1/2 hour wait and they suggested to change the cabin filter. We granted permission to change the cabin filter but to our surprise they also replaced the air filter which amounted to approx. $120 for two filters & labor. Labor itself was $62.04..I replaced the air filter myself three months ago/$3,000 miles which took me less than a minute. They did not have the courtesy to show my wife the filters to be replaced as is other dealerships practice. The total bill for an oil change, tire rotation, two filters and wiper replacements came to almost $200. My wife was very stressed with this experience and we will no longer use this dealership's service dept. I strongly suggest that they attempt to further train their service dept employees the basics of customer service.
