I asked about my trade value and instead of looking at my car and giving me a value he logged on to a website that gave us a trade number from another store, then offered to give us that amount. If that's the case, why shouldn't I just go to that other dealership? I did. If you can't even spend a few minutes to offer me a modicum of customer service, why should I bother making a purchase from you?

Mike listened to my list of wants and worked hard to find me the truck I wanted. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process and made it a great experience. Ed the finance guy was engaging and even had a toy for my 6 year old to play with while we did all the paperwork. Definitely the BEST experience at any dealership hands down and I highly recommend Mike Chahalis as a salesman.

Kevin was so great and spoke so many languages to accommodate me!!! (Inside joke). He got me the gangsta vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted (my Latitude with an attitude) and I just LOVE it!!!
