Kaye and I want to take this time to Thank Frank Maher, General Manager, Jeffrey Brandon, General Sales Manager, but most of all, Luke Paglione, General Sales Specialist for all their kindness during the hours we spent at Trend Motors over a three day period. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy or lease a vehicle. It is a pleasure to spend time with Professional people with a tremendous knowledge of their product combined with every courtesy. We believe that you are all a credit to a difficult profession. Hugh and Kaye O'Donnell P.S. We love our Passat and would recommend it to anyone.

When I arrived for a test drive at Trend Motors VW, the salesman informed me that the car(used) was sold. I complained to the eCommerce manager -John De Vita, he informed me that Mr Bizotti is a very good and professional TM team member and he was going to offer me a similar car. After five days the eCommerce manager contacted me, saying they have ended their relationship with Mr. Bizotti. In the end they failed to make a good offer with a similar car. Instead of being rewarded for my loyalty to Trend Motors(in 2008 I purchased a VW Rabbit!), I have the feeling that I was cast aside in a dismissive way. They appear to be practicing bad business tactics (the general sales manager, Scott Saccamona never picked my phone) even tough PR people(eCommerce) were pleasant. They have a good selection, but they treat the costumers without respect and with many complications.

I was looking for an Envoy Denali & they had the exact 1 I wanted. Color & all. Trend Motors did a great job of staying in touch with me once I gave them a deposit on the truck. After a 4hour ride from Ct to NJ by train 2 pick up the truck I noticed a back up light out. No big deal right? I had 2 replace that light as well as the gas cap & the airbag light came on all within 2weeks of having the truck. Not to mention that if I didn't just happen to take my truck for an oil change 1,000 miles before it was scheduled just because of a feeling I had, I wouldn't have known the transmission fluid dipstick was broken. More money out of pocket! On top of that, I told them a week after I purchased the truck on 12/20/11 that I didn't want their extended warranty. The finance rep Tom not only lied & disregarded me but so did their GM Tom Boldisar. He assured me it would be handled. I faxed the cancelation form back on 01/17 after a fight to get it & on 02/15 it's still not cancelled. When I called the company that is supposed to handle the standard 3 month warrantee they had no knowledge of me or my vehicle. On top of these issued they had me driving an unregistered truck for 2 weeks. The registration was supposed to be included in the financing but because their salesman Tony Moretti didn't do his job of knowing the sales tax for the state of Ct once he knew I was purchasing the truck, that was held up as well. Their neglegence in doing their job cost me more money out of my pocket because I had 2pay more money to get the truck registered. After numerous attempts to settle my matters with the dealership & not getting anywhere, I have now started the process of contacting the NJ branch of Consumer Protection, & the Better Business Bureau. I also think their president Adam Greene needs to know about their terrible business dealings also. Do yourself a favor & stay as far away from this dealer as you can!!!!
