    I've been to too many dealerships recently. But this is the one I liked the most. Sales reps are there to help you out with what you wanna get and how much you are able to afford. They were ready to change the parts of the vehicle that I didn't like to much, yet they went down with the price of that car. Unbelievable service and attitude.

    I purchased a used Jeep Liberty. Car appeared in excellent condition. I did get a great price and deal on the car. I was told the car had new breaks and I knew I'd need new tires in abt a year. Not a problem. I drove the car to work after picking it up and car ran great. I drove it home the next morning and it was smoking from the drivers wheel. The caliper had stuck to the rotor and the brakes and caliper needed immediate replace, the other brake pad seemed ok. I noticed excessive brake dust from the other brake and low and behold, the other caliper is also getting stuck. To be assured the car had new brakes then both need immediate replace it absolutely unsafe. I would have replaced the brakes and calipers myself had they told me upfront they needed them. It's not a huge cost but to be told basically a flat out lie that they were new is unacceptable to me. Very disappointed with being lied to.

    As a second time lease customer, I was respectfully addressed, accommodated,from the beginning of my business transaction to the very end of the transaction. My sales person, Suzanne, actually set my Bluetooth, radio stations and On Star. I can easily utilize the features in my car. I will return to this dealership time and time again.

    Back in 2011 I was looking for an Acadia and visited multiple GMC dealerships. I was completely dissatisfied with the salesmen, management, and the car buying experience. In speaking with a coworker, I was referred to George Gregory at the Salerno Buick GMC dealership. Since then, I have only dealt with George Gregory for all my car buying needs. I live over 40 miles from this dealership and drive out to Salerno because of George Gregory. George is an honest man who makes the car buying experience pleasurable. George genuinely takes interest in your needs and goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied. At this dealership, I finalized the transaction with Joe Bourdon and Jonathan Weiner who very helpful in their respective areas. Go visit George if you need a vehicle...

    PLEASE SERVICE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. Read the reviews- they are mostly horrible! I was told I needed a tire rotation - I had NEW tires put on last week!! No idea what they are doing- just want your money. They replaced parts on my car that didnt need them under warranty!!! Service manager is the worst I have ever dealt with. Shame on the owner for allowing this poor management!!!

    Please do not waste your time or money. Technicians have no idea what they are doing. Went in for a noise - sounds like wheel bearings not sure. DID ZERO DIAGNOSTICS!!! They replaced ONLY 1 wheel bearing. Who does that? You ALWAYS replace BOTH wheel bearings on the same axle. Went back - sound still there. They replaced 2nd wheel bearing. sound still there. Technicians didnt bother to find why there was a loud sound. A loud roaring noise- maybe the rear differential?????? Technicians also said tires need to be rotated- I HAD BRAND NEW TIRES PUT ON LAST WEEK!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    Last month I purchased a Volvo C70 from this dealership, I got a good deal, but they said the vehicle had been checked out, but a few days later I had to put on a new set of tires because the tires on the vehicle were badly worn. Anyone putting the car on a lift would see that these tires were not acceptable, When I called to dealership they refused to help me with the cost of the tires,

    I worked with an online agent until 2 a.m. attempting to purchase a 1500 series sierra. i was told that i could not complete the online purchase because someone had to review my trade in. so i informed them i would like the truck and promptly made an appointment to have the appraisal done by them the next day; the online agent confirmed the exact truck i was looking for, i then confirmed that was the one i wanted to purchase. They confirmed this with me via e-mail twice, and by phone the next morning. when i arrived at the dealership and checking in for my appointment, i was passed off to a sales associate who i told why i was there. he smiled and replied "yeah we just sold it." After explaining that i had everything confirmed after hours of online time the night before, i was returned with a smile and a response of "yeah, i dont know, we sold it". and that was the end of my experience at this dealer. this was the worst customer treatment ive encountered at any dealer. the buying process would have actually been easy, if their systems realy had anything to do with what happens on the dealer lot. they dont care about you or your experience.

    We want to sincerely apologize for your inconvenience and disappointment this past Saturday. The truck you wished to purchase was sold and left our showroom a half hour before you arrived for your appointment. As you know, that individual truck had an 20% discount from the manufacturer and we had a lot of interest and phone calls on it. In hindsight, we should have let you know there were several Saturday appointments for that vehicle and suggested that you move your appointment to an earlier time or requested a deposit on the vehicle. I understand your disappointment and how the experience left you with a bad impression of our dealership.
