Excellent Service experience

My car was in for an ignition switch recall. Work was performed in a timely manner in under one hour. Very satisfied with this experience. This car will always be serviced at Open Road Cadillac.

Great service and great staff

I came in for an oil change, they got me right in and out. My only issue was my car had about 5500 miles on it and they said they couldn't rotate my tires until 7500. I thought this was silly, so I have to come back in 2000 miles for a tire rotation. They will probably wait til next oil change in my mind since I don't have time to keep running back for 1 off's when they can all be done at 1 time. Just a thought.

"#1 from sales to service!"

This is my second Cadillac. I inherited Open Road during my first lease experience. Came back for the second lease and was even more satisfied with the offer made to me to close the deal. The service is great, as well! The fact that they give a loaner car is BiG with me! Dennis, my salesman, is prompt to answer all of my questions and to see that I have a happy owner experience. We are all one big happy family.

A Very Satisfied Customer!

A Very Satisfied Customer! Open Road Cadillac of Florham Park,YES! I would like to say that my purchase was truly the best car buying experience I've ever had! My sales representative, Mr. Jackson, informed me as to when my vehicle would arrive and I really appreciated it. When I first spoke to Larry Jacobs, the General Sales Manager, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Also, the financial process can be an harrowing experience but David the Business Manager, was delightful and also very professional! Dennis, my Client Sales Associate, ushered in at the very end was most impactful. I found out that he loves his job just as much as I love mine, and it shows. He's certainly a GREAT asset! My first Cadillac and it's AWESOME!!! I'm so happy with my new vehicle! I smile every time I get into my car not only because it's AWESOME, Oh I'm being redundant, I stated that already; I smile because the WHOLE experience, the Service, AND the Professionalism was "A Class" all the way!
