Service was a breeze
My service appointment was a breeze. I was greeted immediately and given a loaner car which I requested in advance. I was able to shop and grab a bite to eat in the local area while I waited for my car. The service to my car was excellent. I am a completely satisfied customer of Cherry Hill Volvo.
Highly Recommend CH Volvo!
Great, knowledgeable, non-pushy sales folks. I worked mainly with Ezra Nathan, who I would highly recommend. Mitchel Insel assisted. I recommend these folks and the dealership in general. I met Judith Krupnick, the president. She was very nice and said to call her if I have any issues--who does that. I had a car from another manufacturer for 10 years and I never heard from the owner or the service folks, and it was not easy to get an appointment. When I told them I wanted to buy new car they did not seems interested. At CH Volvo they had what I wanted, an XC40 and I love it! Lastly, Trent, the sales mgr made the paperwork easy and gave me a good tradein for my older vehicle.

I purchased a 2016 S60 T5-2L in July 2019. It has 62k miles. In June of this year the car started to consume oil requiring 1 quart of oil in less the 1500 miles of travel. I have records of proper oil changes with the 0W-20 Special Tec V 5L. This is a common issue with the make and model of this car. This dealership has made me pay a $700 diagnostic fee even though the Volvo headquarters asked them to waive it. Now I am waiting for the car to be diagnosed and the remedy for this will cost anywhere for $2000-$3000. I am a single retired woman with limited income. I bought this car for safety reasons but had no idea that they would not make good on an issue that has been happening to their cars of this year and model. Buyer beware.
Finally did it!!
I had a great experience with Sharon and everyone that i encountered there. It took me a few months from my first visit there, but ultimately, Sharon was super kind, understanding and just so helpful that I decided it was time. I bought the xc90 2 weeks ago and i love it!
Great service at Cherry Hill Volvo
Glad to have a service advisor who has been with me through three cars and who explains everything at my level. Always a pleasant experience--including fair prices.
What can I say?
We were on the road, coming back from the Jersey Shore, and the check engine light came on. As it happened, we could drive past Cherry Hill Volvo and I called and their service pro, Jean, said come in and they would hook it up to the computer. Turned out to be not serious, but they took us right in, no appt. and it was fixed. In a few hours, we were headed home across the river in Philadelphia. Just fantastic. We've purchased 3 Volvo wagons from Judith and the CH sales team. Every one was well worth it. If we need to, we'll get #4 there too. Also, the waiting are is comfy and has free wifi. It's been 21 years as a CH customer, and even when we had a couple of disagreements, they came through. That's a difference maker!
Told they'd hold car over weekend; sold it anyway.
Had some back-and-forth emails with Sarah Respes on a Friday about an XC70 that had just come in. She told me that afternoon she was off work for the weekend and would get back to me on Monday. Since I am buying from out of state, I called in and spoke with Mitchell Insel to see if I could place a deposit on the car so it would be held. He spoke with his manager and told me the car wouldn't be sold over the weekend and not to worry about it. On Monday Sarah emailed me with no remorse "The vehicle you were interested in was sold over the weekend." Awful customer service, if you're going to sell the car anyway, at least please don't lie about it. I also previously spoke with Mitchell about a different vehicle and he sounded very uninterested in the whole affair, never mind that I was trying to give him money for a car.
Cost of service was twice higher then given over the phone. It was to late to leave and look for another dealer. Simply not fair.
Although there was a bit of an issue with some of my XC90's features which were revealed after signing the lease agreement, Sarah was attentive and helpful in getting it resolved amicably and quickly.
