I bought my new 2018 XC90 on 9/15/2018. The sales manager Yosef and sales person Julia was awesome. Yosef made the price affordable and Julia went over the new XC90 with me perfectly. This was a smooth transaction. No bait and switch. The price was exactly what is was when I came back in the showroom since we did most of the negotiation over the phone. They already had the new XC90 cleaned and gas up and ready to go! I couldn't be happier. Few days ago, I got a flat tire while driving. Went to the Service dept. next day and since I had bought the VPP protection package. A new tire was put on at no cost to me. I later checked out on Tire Rack that this 21" Pirelli tire cost about $365. It was a great investment for buying the VPP protection package. Thank you Yosef and Julia. You guys are great! keep up the great work.

I recently purchase a new Volvo XC60 and it was the most pleasant and stress free experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The Sales Manager, Olef, was great and the sales consultant, Julia, was the most pleasant, informative and helpful sales person that I have ever interacted with! After the purchase, she spent an unbelievable amount of time familiarizing me with all the different gadgets and set up my iphone and wifi and asked me to bring my wife back so she could explain everything to her. I am a senior citizen and not very familiar with all of today's technology so she was extremely patient and helpful in making sure that I understood how to work all the technology in the car. I was the best experience ever!
