    Even with all the remodeling going on in the service area, the staff was handling customers in an outstanding manner. I like Burns because everyone puts out 150% to make us feel special from the warm welcome to receiving our vehicle back with the plastic covers protecting our seats and paper floor mats. That extra touch that says we care!

    Shout out to Ed DiMonte our salesman who walked us through the process of turning in our 2014 lease to a new 2017 from walking in the door to driving the car home. We had a service required that Tom in parts and Dave Baldino in service both got us through it quickly so we could turn over the car. Andrew Rubio was the excellent closer, so to speak, getting us through a mountain of paperwork. Just the sharpest staff. Our 3 year relationship with Burns has been nothing but excellent.

    I came in early for service oil change and tire rotation around 8am but my actual appointment was at 9:30 am. Jason the service specialist was very polite to assure me that service will proceed accordingly as soon as a spot opens. I sat st the lounge area. No sooner did I warm my seat, my 2017 Santa Fe Sport was done by 9:40 am. At the cashier checkout, I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier named Olympia applied my membership reward earned toward the service that kept my cost down tremendously. Thank you Burns Hyundai for your wonderful people. Even the person who sold me the car, Brian Han, was on hand to inquire about my welfare. I'm so impressed with this company. Thank you again.

    Hadn't purchased a car in New Jersey previously as I live in Pennsylvania. The purchase required a PA inspection upon receipt of the owner's card where I learned the tires on the car were manufactured the week of August 12th, 2007 and are almost 9.5 years old. This past Friday 12/30/16, I took the car back where a manager looked at the tires and deemed them fine with plenty of tread life left, another 15k miles. He even provided a contact at a popular tire place for when I'd need to replace the tires. I called the contact within an hour of leaving to setup a time to have the tires looked at. When I said how old the tires were, the contact replied he wouldn't need to look at them as they should be replaced based on age not tread. Makes sense to me, even learned a little chemistry along the way about how rubber breaks down and how most tire dry rot is actually unseen. With a potential tire blowout risk, I replaced the tires 1/3/17, even kept one of the 9.5 year old tires to remind me the only time I should ever walk into Burns Buick GMC is to enjoy one of their breakfast donuts :). All in all, nice people but frightening business practices that certainly didn't leave me feeling like 'Burns Treats You Best'.

    Wish I could give zero stars!! Service Department: Called Dec 31st to set up appointment to have vehicle serviced. Set up appointment for the 7th of Jan, and arrived at dealership at 9am. My husband had wrote down EVERYTHING he wanted done, so there was no confusion. We needed an oil change, fuel filter, tire rotation, and a price quote on an issue we knew existed from being diagnosed at another dealership. Jeff Whyte asked if the diagnosis was from a GM certified shop, or autozone, I said it was from the dealer, we know the issue and need a service quote. No problem! Had shuttle take me across the street to a diner, and never heard anything from dealership, so I called at 1:15pm to check if it was ready, (servicing has never taken more than 2 hours for fuel filter and oil change. Figured tire rotation wouldn't have been that much longer.) The secretary told me they were sending the shuttle. They went over what needed repair, I told them not today, then he said to wait in waiting room. They came to get me so they could find the key to rotate tires, (so they had not even attempted to change them yet,) I didn't have it, so we skipped the tire rotation. I asked Jeff Whyte, "What?! You guys haven't even started the tire rotation?!" (I was starting to get frustrated...) To which he replied, "We had to wait for a tech that can work on old diesels." It is a 2007 Duramax. The oil change and fuel filter are not THAT special, PLUS we had an APPOINTMENT, so the service department KNEW WHAT TRUCK WAS COMING IN, so the technician should have already been notified to come in. All in all, didn't leave until 2:45pm. 9am-2:45!!! Yeah, it took them FIVE HOURS AND FOURTY FIVE MINUTES!!! Also, remember that previous diagnosis we just wanted a quote on? They charged $149+tax to RE DIAGNOSE what we already knew!!! When I told Jeff Whyte that we didn't need to rediagnose, he said, "The Tech just wanted to make sure." 5.75 hours of my day and overcharged $160.00 for something we didn't want or need, I am finally home and never want to take it back to them. They wasted their time diagnosing a work order that we won't be taking back to them. There are other GM dealers...

    Brought my car in for a variety of services but most importantly because my "check engine" light was on. Car was diagnosed with a couple of different issues that I knew about and a few that I wasn't aware of. Most importantly, Len DiJoseph arranged for me to get a rental vehicle at the last minute (I was going to use Uber) and I didn't have to pay for it! Work took most of the day to complete but my car runs better than it has in months. Kudos!

GREGG THE GM TOLD ME THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING YEAH RIGHT !!!!TO GET BUMPER TIGHTEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME TOLD BODY SHOP THAT GREGG SAID TO TAKE CARE OF IT .CALLED A WE OWE... NOW I GOT TO CALL BOBY SHOP FOR TIME TO BRING IN CAR AND CALL GREGG..ALSO NEEDED A CAN OF FIX A FLAT.. ONLY TO BE TOLD IT COST ABOUT 60.DOLLARS AND THIS WAS LAST ONE.. WRONG REALIZED THIS WASN'T THE RIGHT ONE WENT BACK TO PARTS DEPT GOT THE RIGHT ONE FROM HIM HE ASK ME WHERE I GOT THE ONE THAT I HAD TOLD HOM THE GUY FROM SERVICE DEPT.GOT IT FROM SOMEONE ELSE I THINK THEY WERE IN HURRY TO GETE OUT OF THERE..
