Back in July, I bought a $54,000 truck black Dodge ram
Back in July, I bought a $54,000 truck black Dodge ram 2500 Cummins limited edition I didn’t finance during the purchase procedure brought up to the salesman and the sales manager did the back bumper was tenant and bent that I wanted the bumper replaced was told there was a bumper ordered for the truck check engine light comes on bring truck back for a module week later, I go and pick the truck up sales manager. I see on the way out. I say hey that bumper was definitely ordered right oh yeah, I confirmed it. He said let me get your name and number and when it comes in, I’ll give you a call. Great give me my name. My number never hear nothing. Three months later. Still no bumper. No nothing salesman calls me to see if I know anybody that’s interested in purchasing a vehicle cause they’re getting ready to get their new vehicles in half. Ashley asked me how’s the truck I say great but I still didn’t receive the bumper or a phone call about the bumper he says I’ll look into it and I’ll give you a call back. I never hear back from him either. Definitely not a good experience at all. They really need to make this right after spending that kind of money on a truck. I didn’t go to a bank and all that they got their money then the next day put cash down certified check for the rest. I wish somebody would stand behind their word at this place when you say you’re gonna do something do it I deal with customer service myself. I’m a plumber by trade. I would never treat a customer like this after spending that kind of money

This is the review i put on google with pictures. First of all, all of the reviews that say no communication are 100% the truth i had to call 6 times to find out what's going on with my truck. It took a week to do a job (Front right u-joint) that would take me 40 minutes and they only did 1 side (it was under warranty thats why i brought it to them). For some reason it took them 33 miles to find the problem which is ridiculous all they had to do was put the truck on a lift and check it. Second as you see in the pictures finger prints all over the truck. 3rd they parked my truck under a tree and scratched the paint. No respect for my truck or me the service writer (Who i dont even know his name never told me ) never checked if I had a warranty too lazy to scroll down on his computer to check. They tried to charge me $800 for a freaken u-joint what a joke. If they weren't so close to me I would have never went. Go at your own risk but make sure yiu look over your vehicle before and after you go because they will mess it up.

Easy appointment oil change was smooth. First oil change for my truck. Service guy was friendly and helpful. Asked him if I needed to have anything else done. He said no truck was in good shape.

This took twice to fix with a third time for actual
This took twice to fix with a third time for actual diagnostics. If they had test driven it and went over 55mph would have known that it was not fixed. I have always used the service here and dont want to complain but lets get it together. The reason one goes to the dealer for maintenance is for the right fix for the car.
