After inquiring on an Acura MDX, Wilson responded and my reply to him was "I am interested but I am a little nervous to deal with your company after reading... the reviews." I am happy I took a chance and went through Active Auto Sales and Wilson. I had a very hard situation, but they helped me pull it off. I couldn't speak better for the whole staff. Thank all of your for everything. You will be my go to for all my car needs.

I HAD I GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE, EVEN AFTER READING ALL THE NEGATIVE THINGS PEOPLE HAVE SAID ABOUT IT. THE SALES MEN WERE UP FRONT AND HONEST, AND THE GRILS... IN THE BACK ARE SUPER FRIENDLY. Terrible!!!!! Found the car on CarGurus when i went there the car had 10k more mil than it said. Heating didnt work.. Sales man very very rude. Did not... have time for us at all.. kept saying that hes in the hurry to some concert. Didnt let me even think about it. Gave me credit for almost 50% interest because he said that i dont qualify for any other loan. He said that car will be $1000 more because I dont pay cash..I bought the car anyways because i really needed it.. Everything started breaking after a while.. I got rid of it in couple months...

Went to purchase a vehicle that was on the market for over a year at this dealership. Made a stupid mistake of agreeing with them to hold it for $100.... Drove two hours to do buisness with Wilson. He was overwhelmed with other customers. Didn't put any effort into making a sale. I feel he was very unprepared. I was told I could raise the van up on a hoist to check underneath, after I did a visual inspection and drove the vehicle, when I returned from test drive both lifts were conveniently occupied. Along with being told they have the Carfax report that they never attempted to show me, there was literally caulk around the head gasket. I tracked him down and told him that I didn't want the vehicle and he became very disrespectful and I was not refunded $100 because he took it off the market for 16 hrs and had two inquiries about it yesterday after we spoke and told them it was sold. Very horrible customer service and if you plan on buying from these people I would do a very good inspection of the vehicle. From the engine to the underbody. I was not impressed at all, along with no bargain what so ever for cash on the spot. Then I receive a call on my 2 hour drive home that he now has time to bargain. First thought, (this isn't telemarketing) call your two inquiries back! Think they have it planned to get you for anything they can because they know they wont make honest money through their service or vehicles! Very very dissapointed!
Sounds like you had a bad day. There are times we do get busy and we are busy for a reason. We have been in business 28 years and have only received... 1 bad review/year for the past 4 years. Not bad for selling on average of 400 units per year. If you do the math, that's about 0.0025% unhappy customers and 99.9975% HAPPY customers!! I say we are doing a FANTASTIC job. If we weren't busy, then I'd be more apt to think negatively. When we have many people on the lot at the same time, unfortunately, we can't give everyone 100% attention. Sometimes it's all in how you look at a situation. We wish you the best in your venture for a vehicle that fits your needs.
I called there a few times asking questions about the vehicle that I saw on the internet and was interested in. I asked several questions about the vehicle... because I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to view the vehicle. I had asked if it had a clean carfax report. I was told that it was clean and accident free. When I arrived there the car was in terrible condition. The bumber was all dented in and the passenger tire was pushed back.It also looked as though the minivan had been side swiped. The door was dented in. They told me that they would repair all of it that is why they did not mention it before I came in. I was very disappointed in the whole experience with this dealer. I would not recommend it! It was a total waste of my time!!!
We negotiated a small amount off the asking price and talked a bit with the owner in the process. Since the office is small, my spouse and I explained... that we wanted to go outside to actually discuss the deal. When we came back in around a minute later to accept the deal, we were informed that another customer (who came in much later after us) wanted to pay full price and therefore we must now pay full price. When it was pointed out that we had a deal on the table we were working on, we were informed that that us going outside (without coats in 35 degree weather) counted as us "leaving". While the staff was friendly enough to give the impression of integrity, the owner's willingness to renege on his offer (for $150!) under such circumstances quickly dispelled any illusion of integrity for us.
test drove vehicle and it seemed to drive fine.they wouldnt negotiat on price but we were told it was a great vehicle with no problems so we bought it.next... day all the dashboard warning lights went on and vehicle stalled on us.it cost us 400.00 to get running again and our longtime mechanic told it was junk.it recently had a lot of work done on it and none of it was done right.it still has serious problems and we are stuck with this heap.
