Excellent dealership. Very courteous staff.

I highly recommend Haldeman Lexus dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, new or used. Everyone I've dealt with at Haldeman; sales, service, technology, parts, concierge- all very helpful, pleasant and actually listened to my concerns/questions and took the time to answer those concerns. Again, looking to purchase a vehicle, look at Haldeman Lexus for that purchase.

New Purchase out of State!!

My experience of purchasing a New GS 350 from this dealership was one of the better experiences I have ever had! I was looking to buy a car from the state of WA with certain specifications. I happened to come across the car I was looking for at Haldeman Lexus at NJ. The transaction was complex being out of state and all, and the sales team handled it very professionally. Kudos to Faisal Mukadam and Ebad Ali for working with me on this transaction! Faisal, Thanks for making the sales seamless and professional about it. Ali, Thanks for taking care of little details like sending keychain of my choice and setting the clock to PST local time before being shipped :) -Hema S.

Dont go here

This is not a trustworthy place for sales or sevice. Purchased a used lexus from Haldeman for my daughter to head to school. Discovered some issues during the pre sale inspection which Faisal agreed to correct before I agreed o purchase he car. Had to bring car back 4 times in connection to the so called repairs. Finally took the car to another dealership after purchase for service and discover none of the agreed repairs were done. Zip ties where used in place of metal screws to hide damage items rather than repaired, brakes component were greased and hidden Instead of repaired. A specific 3k part parts which we spoke about were given a green light by Haldeman, when in reality it was non functional. DO NOT purchase or service your vehicle here unless your looking to get ripped off.

STAY AWAY

In my opinion Haldeman Lexus is not a trustworthy place for sales or service. Purchased a used Lexus from Haldeman for my daughter to drive to college.  Discovered some issues during the pre sale inspection which Faisal Mukadam &  Christo Stoykov (Sales Manager ) assured me would be correct prior to purchase of the car .  Had to take the car back 4 times in connection to the so called repairs. Finally took the car to another dealership after purchased for service and discover none of the agreed repairs were done. Zip ties where used on to secure metal to metal in place of metal screws to hide damage items rather than repaired, brake components , heat shields, under carriage covers. The brake system actuator was given a green light, by the service department. When in reality it was non functional.  which is additional  $3600.00 .  DO NOT buy or service your vehicle here unless your looking to get ripped off. Left several messages with Dave Dougherty, (General Mgr) who has yet to return my call

Worst experience (they Cheat Customers)

I gave my Lexus ES350 for service 185XX miles for general oil change etc service to Haldeman Lexus. In the service i had also included to check Wheel alignment and 1 rear right rim giving a lot of vibration, Haldeman lexus told me that They are going to repair the Rim under (tire and rim Protection Plan I had bought from them). and Alignment was 100% fine. they gave me the car back. Ever Since gave me car back I always had same complain about rear rim as before and had vehicle wheel Alignment Complain as well. I took my car back to the dealer ship and and told them about my complain. They called me back that i have to pay for all Wheel balancing and Wheel Alignment(as they told its out). How come Wheel Alignment is out so quick not to mention they had done wheel alignment at 130xx miles. What kind of Rim Repair Haldeman did that Wheel is more bumpier and Alignment is out after their perfect test result at 18XXX miles. They just kept the car over 2 days and showed they are working on it. They did nothing and charged the money. I am not trying to be unreasonable. They should have taken car of this thing under warranty. All dealerships provide 10,000 Mile warranty for Wheel Alignment. As far as problem with Rim is concerned. If Rim is bent. It should be replaced not repaired since I have protection Plan. In short, they look for reasons to get the money from you. (SWEET TALK and STAB)

Sold me a car, and then sold it to someone else

I called the dealership on Monday 12/10/18 and inquired about a CPO 2017 NX200-T FSPORT that I found on their site. I had been looking for this model with the Red Interior for some time. I spoke to Francis Theuer, and told him that I wanted the vehicle (site unseen), would pay full asking price, and pick it up on Saturday as the dealership was 2 hours from my home. Francis took my credit card over the phone and billed my account (posted that same day). He also asked for, and I provided, pictures on my driver's license and current insurance card so that he could start the paper work. I tried to reach Francis on Thursday 12/13 via text, and he replied that he could not respond; busy. Today, 12/13 he calls and says that "someone" sold the car the day before while he took the day off. I called dealership and spoke to a Manager David Dougherty, who tol me the car was actually sold earlier in the week. They just now credited my account! This is not yet over. I am contacting BBB and left a message with my lawyer to see if having charged my account and then selling is breach of contract.

Incredible Professionalism

Jon Sanchez exceeded my expectations. I rarely buy cars and when I do it's always a stressful experience. He made me feel comfortable and really expressed his knowledge of the Lexus vehicle line up. The only reason I would return and or refer my friends here is because of him.

Very Happy

Our recent experience of purchasing a new Lexus with the able assistance of Zena Demirceviren, Sales Excutive, Hadelman Lexus of Princeton, was very pleasant and smooth. She was knowledgable and patient giving us plenty of time to test drive different models and to reach decision. when we express our hesitation to drive the brand new car at night in the poring rain, she and Andrew Ertingu, Technological Specialist, kindly delivered the new car to our garage right after we got home. Well, that what we call a real service and we are thankful. In follow up, a few days later, Andrew spent sometime with us to help us familiarize with various features, their functions and how to operate them. We do appreciate this additional help. The Lees

Excellent!

I worked with Scott Hallman and have purchased 3 cars with his assistance. He was informative, knowledgeable, experienced and followed up on all questions. When the car was delivered he made sure I was comfortable with understanding the details of the car.. Scott is an asset to the dealership. I have purchased cars from other dealerships but my experience with Scott was by far the most comfortable, courteous and reliable.

i prepaid for a part i never got. Sent jean multiple emails no response. Just a call back would have been enough to update me

Zabair, as of 11/20/2018 we still have the tow hook cover ready for pickup in our parts department.
