Everybody attention!!!! Do not ever go to this store! No credit! No trust! No integrity! We came to the shop and agreed with the sales guy named Danilo... Chacon and his manager Marz to sale us 2007 Mazda CX-9 with $5200 on October 1st, 2018. We paid $500 deposit to hold the car. I called them today trying to schedule a time before October 9th, 2018 to pay the rest of price and pick up the car. Now they told me they have already sold the car to sb else two days ago!!! !!!!!! Is treating the only way how thisi company does its business??????

Took car in for what we thought was alternator. Turns out it was just a bad battery. In and out quick and at we paid about $20 over what I would have paid... had I done it myself and that included labor. Worth it.

My recent experience with Napoleon Subaru’s service department was annoying and very inconvenient. On July 6 my 2015 Outback’s windshield developed... a hairline crack. I first reached out to Safelite Repairs. They informed me that this might be under warranty. I researched and found that there is a problem with these windshields and an extended warranty covered this. I called Napleton on 7/9. The person I spoke to was pretty rude when I said, “I have a crack in my windshield and I understand it might be under warranty.” The person said, “where did you get that idea?” It then took until 8/3; and 2 windshields to finish this work. In addition to the inconvenience, not one person ever apologized for the inconvenience.

Came for oil change and tire rotation. After job was don, and paid for services I noticed that my tires was not rotated and car was not washed. Service... adviser didn’t say anything. After confronting him, he told me that tire need to be replaced, that is why I paid for rotation. This people is not honest.

Peter Demmar and Tom Dvorak are wonderful salesmen that I would enjoy working with again. They were not pushy and very accommodating at the same time.... I would highly recommend anyone looking for an upgrade to their current Subaru and their first Subaru.

Paul Forsythe is a great salesperson. I wanted a car in black but they did not have any on the lot. Napleton did have one at their other location. My... salesperson went there and brought the black one back to Arlington Heights. I definitely recommend Paul Forsythe.

I was pleased with my salesperson and the person that drew up the additional papers. I do wish I could have the workings of the car explained more fully... to me as there are many items I am not able to figure out. I know I can call my salesperson and make an appointment to come in and he will do this. I will do this but wanted to drive for a little while so I knew what I wanted to inquire about,

My daughter purchased a Mazda from Napleton's Mazda right next door. The location is convenient to my home and after researching Subaru vehicles, I decided... to visit here. I was pleasantly surprised to see people remembered both my daughter and I (I accompanied her when she purchased her vehicle and she accompanied me on my purchase). My experience was pleasant and the staff here are very willing to listen to what you are looking for and work through cost with you. I am pleased with my purchase in every way!
