I could not be happier with my experience when I bought my Volvo XC60 from Molly. She was knowledgable, patient and not pushy at all. I’m working on my husband buying a Volvo and I would definitely go back to see Molly again.

I could not be happier with the service department at Volvo Manasquan. They are a well oiled machine! I went in for a tyre issue and was thrilled to hear my tyre warrantee covered it completely. I was assisted by Sean in service, who could not have been more patient and professional with me. Even to point of helping me get the FOB off my key chain so I didn’t break a nail (ha ha). I have to say I had an incredibly pleasant experience when I bought the car there too from Molly. I am thrilled with my car, but the service you receive after purchase definitely makes it even better.

Terrible service in parts department. Will not help you with parts information if you aren’t going to be buying from them. After buying a car from them and spending thousands, they still try and force you to pay them more money by not giving you the option to buy your own parts and work on your OWN VEHICLE!!!

Great experience with my new vehicle purchase last month from Manasquan Volvo! The entire process from initial inquiry to delivery was excellent. Since I was an out of state buyer who needed to have the car shipped to the West Coast, I anticipated a more complicated process- greatly appreciated that this was not the case! Ian, my sales professional was exactly that- professional, proactive, thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All the details of the purchase were seamless, including licensing, registration and shipping the car to Seattle- my S60 even arrived two days earlier than promised! I also want to mention Michael in Finance for his professionalism and assistance and Mackenzie the Ambassador who patiently walked me through all the features of my new car remotely. I brought my car to the Volvo of Manasquan service shop for it's 120K SVC. I bought the car there and have always had it serviced there. It is extremely easy to schedule my service appts online or by phone. Some people don't value the services provided by a Dealership for older cars, but I do! I want my service completed in one shot and I can follow the progress of the services on my phone. Volvo almost always has the right parts I need for repairs or regular servicing. I can count on the service being done right and that they are not using cheap after market parts that can fail. They know how to address any concerns I may have. If something should go wrong they stand behind their work! The staff is very helpful/friendly, even when I ask a lot of questions!

Always have had a great service experience at Volvo! This past time Doug helped me out and he was knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions !
