Autosport Honda is top notch! Ike was friendly, helpful, and honest. He went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the CRV I was most comfortable with.... He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a color the process was absolutely easy and painless. The 2018 Civic I bought in March 2020 was my first big purchase. I fell in love with Civics after driving a hand-me-down 2005 Civic for 5 years. We came... to Autosport because of Dan Carlson and was not disappointed. He's very knowledgeable and professional. Autosport Honda of Bridgewater is an excellent dealership I purchase a 2020 Honda HR-V Ex and I am so excited and in love with my new SUV. Arthur Chen... the sales rep was very professional and helpful buying a car during the COVID-19 crisis was very trying, but Arthur made it very easy he kept me up-to-date on the documents that I need to move forward with the sales. I would recommend friends, co-workers and family to purchase a car or SUV at this dealership and Arthur Chen as the sales rep.

The purchase experience was absolutely horrible. I came in selected a beautiful 2017 honda accord sport and on the day of pick up it had melted paint and... chipping. Arthur told me there was nothing the dealership could do as all used cars come “as is” even though the car was in good shape two days earlier when I inspected it. We later came to a deal on another car with higher miles on it at the same price because the dealership refused to negotiate. When I wanted a higher trade in value Arthur told me the sales manager said to take my car somewhere else. When I finally got delivery of my car it was absolutely filthy and was given to me with 1/4 of a tank. My mother complained the next day about the car and the sales manager Jane lied and Accused my mother of screaming at her so bad that she had to hold the phone away from her ear. Arthur did afterwards give me a new detailing job and filled the tank up with gas however then commented that “we went above and beyond for you. To me above and beyond means doing your job right the first time not royally screwing it up then attempting to fix it once you get called out on it. Through out the whole process Arthur kept saying things like “its a used car its going to have issues” which made me feel like he did not care about the product he was selling or about the customer he was selling that product to. He also kept saying “we are doing this just for u” “we have pulled a lot of strings for you” etc. He was attempting to make me feel I owed the dealership for their time and effort which I do not. I am a customer I do not owe you anything for providing me a product that I can get any where else. Arthur also decided to add onto my bill $200 worth of tire protection which he didnt even explain to me. He simply handed me the bill and walked way from my car. The car also came with about 150 miles more then what was listed. Arthur spent maybe all of 5 minutes with me going over the features of the car with me but he seemed unsure of the features so I ultimately taught myself after purchase. On the day I picked up my car I was told by Arthur that I could not transfer the plates of my old car to my new car because my father had signed in the wrong spot on the title when he gifted my car to me. This was after I spoke to the employee who deals with the DMV paper work and he told me the plate transfer was good to go. So I show up to the dealership and was forced to pay an extra $40 for new plates and $60 for a new title and when I question Arthur as to why the plate swap would not work he said the law was changed but could not provide me specifics on that. By the end of this experience I just wanted to be out of the dealership and never look at it again.
Considering all of the challenges presented by trying to buy a car during the COVID-19 crisis, the team at Autosport could not have been more helpful,... responsive, and professional. I inquired about a new CR-V through internet sales, including Jacqueline Jimenez, who was able to provide the information I needed over email to select a vehicle and settle on a price. From there, Dan Carlson helped organize all of the details and paperwork in advance of my (socially distant) visit to the dealership to test drive the car and finalize the sale. Dan said his philosophy was for there to be "no surprises," and sure enough, everything was as expected when I arrived at the dealership, including the agreed-upon price. I wouldn't hesitate to work again with Dan, Jacqueline, and Shelby or to recommend that others do business with them.

As our lease of a Honda Civic was about to end, my wife and I went into Autosport to inquire about purchasing a new Honda Accord EX-L. We have worked... with Victor Ginotti in the past, but sadly he moved on to a new career opportunity. We approached Jane Kronewetter and she introduced us to one of her most experienced sales associates, Damian Wadiak. In short order we test drove the car, received a price from Jane and Damian that was less than we had figured was a good deal, and signed papers. We've bought and leased quite a few cars over the years, but this had to be one of the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experiences we've ever had. You owe it to yourself to check out this dealership which is large enough to offer full services but with that old time small dealer personal touch.
