My Service Advisor, Michael Indyk, and my technician,

My Service Advisor, Michael Indyk, and my technician, Jared Abrahamson did a wonderful job with my 2016 Land Rover. I had originally been taking my vehicle to Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany where I had first purchased my car, and have been getting it serviced for the last 5 years. This particular time, I took my car to Paul Miller in Parsippanny on October 1, 2022 for my scheduled routine maintenance. I decided to wait with my husband while they were supposedly working on my car. I inquired about my brakes, and Mike Barbone told me, it's too early to get them done, you still have time, your truck is fine. I never received a detail report of my vehicle just the invoice, and receipt from which we paid. We left and a few weeks later, I started to hear what sounded like metal scraping noise coming from my vehicle. This went on for about three days beforeI made a phone call back to the dealership. I originally thought I was tripping out. I called Paul Miller Land Rover Parsippanny, and explained to them what I was hearing, and that I had my car there just a few weeks back for service. I was given the earliest appointment of November 10th. For me, this was an emergency, especially just had spent money to service my car and to do an overall inspection of my vehicle. I didn't feel safe driving while hearing that noise. Needless to say, they couldn't fit me in...Lol. I in turn called Land Rover Edison as soon as I hung up with Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippanny, and immediately got a walk in appointment for the very next day. My technician Jared Abrahamson, found that my back brakes were definitely in the red, less than 20% remaining. My service advisor Michael Indyk notified my husband of what they found and what was causing the noise. Rear brakes were grinding, creating noise while the vehicle was moving. I needed to have pads, rotors, and wear sensor replaced. Also had my brake system flushed. They did an excellent job. Now my vehicle rides so smooth like the first day when I purchased my vehicle, and guess what no noise. I appreciate the swift action, care and work done on my vehicle. Needless to say I will never take my car ever again to Paul Miller Land Rover Parsippanny. When I inquired about not receiving a report, I got one today November 3, 2022 that didn't coincide with the actual time I checked out of their service department, nor did it show that I had any problems with my brakes...go figure...Shame shame....Mike Barbone.

Let me respectfully describe a bad experience with this

Let me respectfully describe a bad experience with this dealer, particularly with the sales department: 1) The problem and cause of frustration is a service (wheels painting), promised and executed under the responsibility of the salesperson, when I first bought the car years ago. The fact is that the salesperson sold me a ~$90K car, offering to have the car with black wheels, by painting them. That service was poorly done, and started peeling off only a few months later– i.e. bad quality service, that should never be offered/executed (particularly by a Porsche dealer, which has one of the best products in the world) 2) The problem has occurred again, and more recently, the same salesperson and his manager didn't take responsibility for the continued problem, not acknowledging the real issue – i.e. poor service in the first place, nothing related to wrong use. 4) Unfortunately, the salesperson and manager did not behave as I expected. In my honest opinion, as an ordinary customer, I would expect much more from a Porsche dealer. Respectfully, Jayme

My trusted service advisor for my Porsche Boxster is Mike

My trusted service advisor for my Porsche Boxster is Mike Indyk,. Mike has always given me advice that that both makes sense and is obviously in my best interest. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. He is extremely easy to work with and has a friendly nice way about him.(in addition to having a sense of humor). I feel very fortunate to have Mike as my service advisor.

Keith was a godsend.

Keith was a godsend. Just bought the car used from a dealer in Utah and the check engine light came on less than a day of driving it off the delivery truck. His professional commitment to assuring my vehicle was taken care of was a true blessing.

Five stars for Keith on his professionalism and demeanor.

Five stars for Keith on his professionalism and demeanor. One star for Jaguar dealers not offering loaners unless you bought the car from them specifically. So out of town era are SOL.

I sent my vehicle on August 16th for servicing.

I sent my vehicle on August 16th for servicing. Keith, my service advisor called me later that day and told me that it will take 2 to 3 days for their technician to take care of the problem. Nobody called me for the next 4 days. I sent an email to Keith 5 days later and no response. I called later that day and spoke to Carlos and he told me that he will pass on my message to Keith the following day. At the end of the following day I had received no message or call back so I called again and spoke to Keith. This was exactly 7 Days later. Nobody had even touched my vehicle till then and I was told that it'll take another 2 to 3 days before anybody will even look at my vehicle. I have dealt with Ray Catena Mercedes for the last 20 years and I have purchased six different vehicles from them and done my services over there without any problems all these years. This is horrible experience with Ray Catena Jaguar service department and I would not recommend them at all. There are several other better options for servicing. I will be picking up my vehicle tomorrow and take it somewhere else. I will be definitely sending my opinions to the Jaguar headquarters as well.
