Chris lacks in management decisions and doesn’t know how to handle customer escalations when asked about my concerns on a LandRover I purchased from there he couldn’t resolve the matter so he told me ask for the sales person who sold me the car. NO VALUE for the customer!!

I can say unequivocally that this was the BEST experience I have had with any dealership. The team of Jonathan Burnside, Centre Manager, Anthony Demonte, Sales Executive, and Ariel Tejeda, Product Specialist made my experience extraordinary. There was full transparence, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. I had gone to another dealership before I went to Ray Catena, and was going to not lease my dream car, but Jonathan convinced me to come in and I am so glad I did. Anthony was responsive and helpful with all my questions and made the paper work easy. Ariel was patient and knowledgeable in explain all the the features. I love the the Evoque and the team that made it so easy to lease it. I recommend them highly. There are truly exceptional. Thank you for such a great experience.

Worst experience in service

Took my car in for recall service and the system was down to complete the fix manager TJ advised it can take a day or two for a 40 mins software update. The brand is great! Wish I could say the same for service.

Michael Marinelli was my salesman when I had deal with him few years ago . but recently I have asking him a lot of questions and ask him give me some number regarding my next car with Porsche . first he was nicely answered me some questions I have , but when I started want to talk more details offer , he turned out lose patients, I think he might think I don't have money to go for it . the another day , when I text him , he is not answering me anymore . I think this is not the attitude salesman should have . Always pick up the customers . How he knows I am not going to but it or lease it , especially I already had a deal with him before !!!

Cassidy is THE BEST!!! She even sent us a video walkthrough that she did of the car before we bought. We have another lease up in December and will use Cassidy again. HIGHLY recommend you do as well!
