I was able to schedule same day service and when I drove in I was greeted warmly. The fellow who took my information did not give his name. I would have thought that an immediate appointment would mean immediate repair, but I sat for two hours. All in all, too long a wait. I have no idea who Heidi Santos is, I was helped by a male employee. I gave Heidi one star so that u could exit your survey.

I was very happy working with the sales department. Both the online experience and the person I worked directly with were professional, polite, straightforward and fair. Leading up to this purchase decision I spoke to many dealerships and DCH Honda stood out when it came to their straightforward and transparent approach to negotiations. I'd give 5 stars if the staff did a better job keeping their masks on throughout the showroom. I was very pleased with how my sales rep handled it but I saw a great deal of team members walking around their masks completely below their chins. It really made me uncomfortable given I had my kids with me.
