Went in recently to purchase my first car, the transaction was smooth from start to finish! Enrique made the process very easy and no pressure to make a deal. I’ve heard stories about dealerships and their tactics to put pressure on customers or adding a ton of hidden fees, but no worry with DCH Honda, they are the real deal. It's OK, just too busy to do things perfectly and been waiting too long for everything, and you don't know what to do cause you don't know what you're waiting！

Overall good experience but, expectations not met. It appeared the superiors of the sales rep were not that much interested in satisfying the customer. The rep was trying his best though.

Heidi was very professional and informative in regards to the issue I had with my car. He took the time to double check my car door to see where the sound of water was coming from to find that the seal was coming off. My issue was resolved quickly and have not had an issue with my door since!

Good friendly people just car had a flat and it keeps going low smokers car rust wheels damaged but over all really good dealer would go again to buy another car

Very patient and helpful. Took time to explain the car specifications. Test driving the CR-V was the best part. Negotiating price with the bank and waited till they got me the best deal. I really did not want to walk away from purchasing the car. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most of all understanding.
