There is nothing I hate more than buying a car. All that comes to mind are sleezy car salesmen full of crap doing anything they can to make a buck! Not at DCH. It was a pleasure to work with Megan. She was down to earth and not pushy. Told me the ins and outs of my options and helped me make my choice. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision or taken advantage of especially being a women buying a car. She was patient with all my questions and so sweet. Also her coworker(think he name was Richard or Robert Leiveine) was a pleasure to deal with also. I left happy and relieved, unlike the past where I just wanted to get out and run. I walked into DCH Academy Honda around 2:30 on a brisk Monday afternoon. I was greeted warmly by a representative named Ronnie, who seemed to have this positive aura surrounding him. We then walked to his desk and he asked me how my day was going. We then went outside where he showed me the car that I was interested in. Without hassle and in short time, I was test driving my future vehicle. He then brought me back to his desk where we negotiated a price. Not only did I get a great deal on the car(Honda Accord Sport Edition - smooth kona colored - verrrrry happy), Ronnie's impeccable customer service was one of THE BEST I have ever had in my entire life. Let me explain. I simply asked where I could get a water and without hesitation, Ronnie gives me a bottle of water from his personal fridge. I was blown away. That simple gesture will have my future business for the rest of my life. Ronnie is as personable as they come. I highly recommend you go see him. On top of that, his manager by the name of Gercino came over to congratulate me on my new car. These two together can win the tag team belts for legendary customer service. They then warm transferred me to the finance manager named Paul. An extraordinary personable guy as well. He informed me of extra coverage for my car where I gladly took advantage of the wheel and rim protection. This one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had at a dealership. 100% outstanding.
