We wanted to buy another car. We decided on CRV. Before going to DCH Academy Honda, my wife and I visited many Honda dealers. Most of those customer service people ae not friendly and wanted to deceive us. We didn’t get much information from them too. They were neither customer friendly or helpful. First we met Sanjay Chadda at DCH Academy Honda. He received us so well and provided us all the information whatever we asked. He answered all our questions. He was so nice and friendly. He introduced us to Enrique Castaneta who was so good and professional. We felt very comfortable with Enrique. We had very good experience with him. They both spent much time in answering our questions patiently and provided whatever information we asked. We didn’t feel hassle. They both are customer friendly and took time with us. They made buying car a pleasure. We didn’t feel stressed. We got a good deal. We are completely satisfied with the deal. We recommend all car buyers to visit DCH Academy Honda and meet particularly Enrique and Sanjay. Enrique was with us till the deal was completed and all the documents signed. He even drove our old car to our home in snow after the deal at about 8 pm. They both are customer friendly, honest and knowledgeable people. DCH Academy Honda is lucky to have them as their sales men.
