I always have a pleasant experience at D'Arcy! I am greeted in a friendly manner when I take my car in for service. The employees are honest and listen to your concerns. I trust their judgement if I need extra work done on my Sonata. The work is explained in detail. Wouldn't go anywhere else for service on my vehicle.

If your looking for a sales men that will have patience...

If your looking for a sales men that will have patience and is not pushes Matt is your guy. Over 4 months of me test driving between 2 different models and trims, 1000's of questions and changing my mind on the vehicle until I found what I wanted. He never showed any disconnect or impatience me. ALSO NEVER FORCED A VEHICLE ON ME IF I HAD ANY DOUBTS ABOUT IT.
