Bought a car end of 2025, the sales person was good but
Bought a car end of 2025, the sales person was good but the process was terrible, I had to speak with the sales person, then the manager then the finance manager just tooo much hassle. I was paying cash! Why so much hassles? I’m in the same process with my spouse with other dealers and I can’t believe the process is so easy compared to this dealership!

They never want to use the warranty when it should be
They never want to use the warranty when it should be use. Always trying to scam and fraud the client. Stated couldn’t do the seatbelt recall for months because it’s based on vin. Reality was they already took payment for it and didn’t want to install it. They only installed it because they hit my car. They fixed the dent and not the sensor. Isiah Washington is a childish manager has no integrity or customer service skills. Same goes for Peter. Today was the last straw and happy to never ever return as every interaction was a nightmare with them. We have a Honda, Toyota and Mercedes and no other service acts like them.

Disabled SSDI customer with 800+ credit.
Disabled SSDI customer with 800+ credit. The dealership refused to provide an out-the-door price unless I handed over my credit card first. They quoted an illegal $695 documentation fee (NY maximum $175) and ignored my disability, SSDI award letter, and urgent need for transportation. The illegal fee was only removed after I walked out. Complaints have already been filed with Hyundai Corporate, the U.S. Department of Justice (ADA), the NY Attorney General, and the NY DMV. Avoid this dealership.

Oneil Ward is the best!
Oneil Ward is the best! I came 2 years ago to Hyundai and didn’t end up getting a car, but came back and he sold me the Sonata for a great price. He was very nice and made everything easy to understand. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a Hyundai!
