Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Prices were good, quality comparable to price, great selection of newer and older cars. Salesman helped... me stay within budget and was able to assist me in finding a car that suited my needs.
I would never recommend anyone to go here. I bought a truck from them straight off the lot two weeks before my baby was due. I did not realize that the... inspection sticker was already a couple months expired. (purchased truck 8/2018 and inspection sticker: 5/2018) A WEEK LATER my engine light came on. I brought it back to them and they said they were "stored codes". All they did was turn my engine light off. I had a third party warranty that I paid for through them. They recommended Engine World in Deptford to fix my car. All the man did was tell me that they gave me a bad rim which was why my truck was shaking so bad and he also turned my engine light off and said they were stored codes as well. I paid for a new rim out of pocket btw. The codes on my truck all have to do with the transmission. (P0700 is one I can remember off the top of my head) I also found out I had a oil leak this whole time and bad control arms. A couple months later with a newborn I am still trying to balance my money to come up with enough to get this truck fixed on my own and pass inspection. I have been riding around with a rejection sticker because of them. (Supposedly they are now saying I worked the heads on the motor which caused vehicle failure because of no oil and anti freeze in the car...which is a lie) They sold me a horrible car at the end of the day. Thank you so much New Diamond Auto Sales for wasting my time.
They Never responded back to me by phone ,,But did received a email about where to contact them ,,,, But no information about the vehicle that I'm interested... or if I'm still interested in maybe coming in to see it or others.... I didn't yet go in to see what vehicle they have and I hadnt call them yet.., . But I do wish they at less call me when I was looking at a vehicle I seen on there website... I did requested ,,But I guess it maybe a busy business..I guess,,I guess I will maybe go in to check what vehicles they have.....I guess they are ok dealer
phone manners go a long way when a customer calls to inquire about a vehicle. seemed like I was bothering him with questions as his replies were just sarcastic... yea,yea,yea so I felt like I should go somewhere else that takes interest in new customers.
I have purchased a few vehicles here over the past few years and took quite a drive to get here just because I know they have quality vehicles and for... a very comfortable price. I am actually going to head out there soon once again and purchase a family van confident that I will be satisfied. Thank You! New Diamond Auto you guys keep up the good work. I know that you and your family Jeff are just trying to give the best customer service you can provide.
Can't say much. Never contacted me. So I purchased my car elsewhere.
Never did respond to my request.....decided to stop by 2 days later and vehicle that was listed was not even there.....Staff did not acknowledge my presence.... Couldn't see going any further
They do not stand behind thier cars. Once you buy you are out of luck. I purchaced a car from them and had it inspected the same day it needed a idler... arm ( a $30 part plus $150 labor) to pass inspection. They told me to bad, I was on my own. The old saying is true with this place BUYER BEWARE.
After this customer purchased the vehicle in question, there was an apparent issue that required a part and labor to install it. The customer purchas...ed the part and paid the labor to have it installed and THEN contacted New Diamond Auto Sales, Inc. to refund his money. We informed the customer that had he called us to let us know what the issue was we would have been more than happy to fix the situation, however, we could not simply give him money for an issue that we did not know or have proof of existing. The customer filed this complaint without even giving us any opportunity to rectify the situation for them.
