Buyer Beware
I found them on autotrader and got pre approved through Capital One on their site. The next day a guy called TJ called me and really didn't know which way was up. I explained to him that I was per approved with Capital One and all the needed was proof of income and residence. So I emailed the info to him and told him I was ready to buy once her got the final approval. The next morning I got an email telling me the truck was lowered $500. Next TJ called me at 9:00am and left me a message, saying good afternoon are you still interested in the truck. "WHAT" Like I said not to bright. So I called and explained to Brandon (supposedly the manager) what happened and he asked me to email the documents to him. So I did, a few hours later I get a call from TJ "REALLY" He ask if I would fill out an application over the phone because he could not find my Capital One app.. Typical car lot, fill out their application then they shop it around and lower you credit scores by 75 points .. No thank you. This place is horrible you would think the manager Brandon if his even was a manager would of called me back.. Time to shop somewhere else

***** BUYER BEWARE!!!! *****
!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! - I purchased a used vehicle from Sign IT Drive It 3 weeks ago, my salesperson was Manny. Since I was purchasing from out of state I wanted to make sure that the vehicle was in good condition. ***** UPDATE ***** Just got truck back from mechanic for estimate. This truck needs the following... 1. Transmission $$$ 2. Engine Rebuild $$$ 3. Complete AC System $$ Once again not sure how dealers think that they can get away with ripping off the public like this. This time they have messed with the wrong person, my attorney is going to have a field day with this dealership to make sure that they do not take advantage of other consumers!!! After 2 weeks of speaking to the dealership employees (Salesman, sales manager, head mechanic, finance manager) everyone assured me that this truck was immaculate and on the showroom it was so perfect. Everyone I spoke to also stated that this is the owner of the dealership’s truck and it is in great shape. Everyone I spoke to had the same story, “this truck has over $45k worth of recent work done to it, it’s perfect.” I have emails, texts, and phone calls from multiple people representing the dealership and all were lies! At this point, I felt comfortable and decided To purchase. I had the vehicle shipped to my house and was excited to drive my new toy! Had the truck for 2 days before it went to the shop with over $5,000 in initial repairs!!! For a truck that just had $45k in recent work done, (some of the work on invoices they emailed me was never done per my mechanic) how come the basic maintenance has been overlooked like AC not working, fuel filter, fuel pump, oil change, headlights, battery terminals, etc. The vehicle is not even able to go through a car wash because it leaks! These are just a couple of the many issues. I have reached out to the dealership to give them the opportunity to make things right, I first spoke to my sales rep Manny he said “ Sorry there’s nothing we can do you bought the truck as is!” So then I spoke to his manager. He asked me to send him the invoice and he would call me back within 30 minutes. Never called! That was 4 days ago! I called in again today, they transferred me to the finance department, the gentleman could not help me and told me that I would receive a call from the General manager within 30 minutes. Guess what, this never happened either! I know used cars will need a little work, but when the bill is 5K after 2 days and 67 miles I feel that this dealership and all of its employees I spoke to all lied to me!!! I feel that I have been a victim of fraud by this dealership and wanted to let all new buys know!

Buyers Beware
We bought a Yukon Denali for $35k from them, paid for the level three warranty put $6k down. Absolutely great experience. We haven’t even made our first payment in the car yet and we’re in the shop because service suspension light comes on everytime you turn it on and periodically while driving. We made appointment and they looked it over said it’s needs new struts and shocks in rear. The warranty will cover the struts but you will have to cover the shocks and it’s about $1200 installed. Now I’m thinking in my head someone buys a car drives it a month and needs $1200 to fix, not to mention they have there own shop garage. Fix the lemon you sold and do what’s right. This is absurd that we should have a $1200 repair and haven’t even made our first payment yet!!! We talked to sales manager and he said sorry we can’t do anything for you. Worst service ever once they get you to sign they say who are you, nobody to them!

Awesome deal on a used truck
Got a great deal on a truck easy to deal with and willing to deal to get your service. I would strongly recommend over normal dealership as there was no pressure to buy.

Shady dealer, get it in writing
Please, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! A medical emergency lasting nearly a year cost me my credit. I was at the end of my lease and had no choice but to replace my car, these guys really got me. The high interest, hiding the price of the car behind a false smokescreen, lying straight to my face. I expected all that, once my credit was gone I knew it was down to the lowest of the low for my car needs. BUT, where they really got me was how they convinced me I would be paying a certain price and getting a warranty and service plan. They told me the lender would not approve the loan without a warranty (turns out that was a lie but they never could figure out how to cancel it), they told me I would have a service plan that included no cost for regular maintenance including things like tire rotations (another lie that they could never return my calls on). AND, after they said it would take a few days to repair the A/C in the car I was purchasing, I turned in my lease and came back to get the new car two days later. The numbers were all different, ended up going out to 48 months instead of 36 AND they still tried to tell me it would be a higher payment than we agreed to. They knew I had turned in my lease because, like an idiot, I had told the sales manager. They had me and they knew it. After giving $3k down and 26 months of payments I still owe nearly $7,000 on a vehicle worth around $1200. They NEVER gave me my copies of any of the paperwork ("Oh, we just need to make the changes"), and when I kept calling about the lies about warranty and service plan - suddenly they sent my account to COLLECTIONS. The collection agency, as it turns out, is owned by the same company, it's called CFS, and they charge you extra processing fee for every payment you make. These guys really are the lowest of the low and the only way they have a 4 star rating is by cheating the system, and because people don't like to admit when they have allowed themselves to be badly cheated. Please don't make my mistake, exhaust any and all other options before considering coming anywhere near these people.

Matthew Taylor was great. I loved the car but he was the reason I felt truly comfortable with the sale. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional.

I BEG YOU DONT BUY FROM HERE
You know how you hear everyone these days say “that was the worst experience they ever had”? This was honestly that for me. Right off the bat the environment felt slow and unresponsive, gave them a pass, the vehicle I bout broke down 1 day after purchase, gave them a pass. They did not think they were responsible for the labor, aye xxxxxxx I just bought this xxx!! 1 dude even told my wife to lower here voice and she wasn’t even yelling, not yet at least. Anyway this experience brought my credit score from a 630(couple months of hard work building it) to a 430. The finance company they worked with still hasn’t removed them off my report, credit bureau slow to answer! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THERE FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST
