Glenview Mitsubishi Dealership- Worst Dealer Ever!!! Please be aware! Do not purchase any cars from Glenview Mitsubishi Dealership. I just had the wor
st buying experience of my lifetime purchasing vehicle from them. I’ve dealt with total of 4 people at the dealership- all of them extremely unprofessional almost as if they are not aware they are in sales business and customer satisfaction should be their propriety. Most importantly stay away from Robert Kreiman- General Sales Manager. This particular young gentleman has no idea he is in sales business where professional behavior results in retention and returned business. Stay away from him if you do not wish to be threatened with police to summarize my experience. I bought the car on 02/04/2016- supposedly car went through safety inspection. Right when I got home I realized the horn is not working and the fuel door is broken. There was also dent by the passenger front wheel that the dealer was supposed to fix. On 02/05/2016 I took the car back to the dealer. They were going to fix all of the issues and I was told to make a list of all the things that need to be addressed on the car and they were going to fix/ correct them. The additional thing that I found was the trunk door wasn’t closing properly. On 02/08/2016 I left the car with them for repairs. On 02/15/2016 I picked up the car. The dent wasn’t fixed properly, the trunk door was still broken and additionally they broke the trim around the wheel. Also the car was returned extremely dirty. After several interventions and multiple rude interactions w was asked to bring the car again for another set of repairs. I dropped the car again on 02/29/2016 and I was told the repairs will take a week max. I didn’t get the car back until 03/23/2016. Throughout that time I’ve called almost every day to find out whether the repairs were done. Sometimes several times a day. Not once had anyone from dealership called me first. I was lied to daily. I was told management was involved and supposedly owners were made aware of the extremely unprofessional way my sale was handled- all empty words since I have no proof that the owners were ever informed of my situation. I was even told Mr. Robert Kreiman was fired due to his very unprofessional conduct- again no idea if this is true. I never ever leave reviews for anything but this miserable car buying experience has forced my hand. Being in sales myself it is unfathomable to me how a dealership with so many unprofessional salesmen & managers is still in business. I have made several attempts to speak to the owners. I was promised on multiple occasions that they will contact me. As of today 04/06/2016, I’m still waiting to hear from the owners. Please save yourselves headaches and stay away from Glenview Mitsubishi WORST DEALER EVER!!
