The saleswoman kept talking about her religion and her personal opinions whenever I tried asking her straight forward questions about the car. She kept trying to be sneaky about the price and acted really shady, her story kept changing. She left before I was done buying the car so I only have one key (still because she won’t return my messages and neither will customer support) and I got all the way home before I realized there was a lock on my gas cap that they never told me about or supplied the key to. I wish I could have gotten my car through someone else.

Wyatt done an excellent job getting me into a different car. Would definitely reccomend checking Taylor Kia out for your next car. Great people to work with.

Went in for advertised Kia Soul, never showen any. Instead they robbed me by selling me a used Ford for over $4,000 above market value. Lied to all the way.

Overall great experience could use a few more number crunchers though process was slow but was very happy with the results everyone was very polite and welcoming
