    I had a great experience with the service dept @ Newport Chevrolet. Shawn was very helpful and informative... even stayed around until I was able to get there to pick my car up. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone (Lori and the receptionist with the southern accent) were always pleasant. Thank you for making this stressful time in my life a little bit easier. (When ready to get a new car I will be purchasing there, but I'm not ready yet) :)

    I cant believe how well I was taken care of! Its one thing to buy a truck ( can do that anywhere ) With that being said it was after the sale that I was for lack of better words amazed! Hats off to Dave Gifford and his sales team! Never before have I had such an amazing experience! Dave and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I was VERY WELL taken care of after the sale. When Dave told me to contact him with any issues he truley meant it and was awesome to work with! Thanks again Dave and complete staff! Sales , parts , service and the detail shop!     Ralph was very easy to work with and knowledgeable about the various trucks that we were looking at. He assisted us twice on days he was not scheduled to work, showing his commitment to making sure we got what we were looking for. We are extremely happy with our experience and look forward to more years of working with the team at Newport.

    On October 10, 2015, I had Newport Chevrolet Buick GMC do an alignment on my vehicle (I was there for three (3) hours). When I left, I got as far as the Kmart parking lot in Claremont, NH and called the company back to let them know that the alignment was still off. When I made this complaint, the technician told me it was my tires. Therefore, I went and bought new tires to prove him wrong. I returned a week later on October 17, 2015, for the second alignment. He did a second alignment (again, I was there for three (3) hours) after the second alignment, I still was having complications. I called and expressed my concerns the technician told me that my alignment was adjusted as far as the vehicle could go. No further adjustments could be made. In the meantime, I had done what a normal person would do; I had oil changes, rotated tires, etc… any other repairs that my vehicle would have needed. On Saturday, June 4, 2016, my 2006 Chevy trailblazer blew a tire. I called my mechanic to save me, which he did. In the process of changing the tire, he noticed the wear on the tire. He informed me that the wear on the tire was severe and was due to an alignment issue. He then looked at the other tire; I had to have both tires replaced because of the severity of the wear on the tires. The tires I am using are loaner tires from my mechanic. (See attached photos) On Monday, June 6, 2016, I called Newport Chevrolet Buick GMC and spoke to Mr. Ash. I started to explain to him what had occurred on Saturday; June 4, 2016, and why I was concerned about my vehicle. Mr. Josh Ash became extremely rude and disrespectful. On a daily basis, I transport individuals with special needs, plus my grandchildren. I never once said anything about replacement of my tires I was looking to have a new alignment done. I tried to explain my situation but Mr. Ash started yelling at me and saying that he was not going to give me a new alignment or new tires. Once he started yelling at me, I then felt that he owed me new tires for I never picked a tone or yelled at the man because that is not how things are done. My supervisor was in the next room and she even said that she could tell that the person I was speaking to was being rude because he kept interrupting me. He would not allow me to speak. He continued to yell at me and I tried to speak to him about my problem but he would not listen. Still while trying to explain my situation, Mr. Ash continued to yell at me. He stated that it was not his problem, that it was my mechanic’s problem, and that he was not going to do anything for me. I continued to express my concerns and he continued to yell at me. I again tried to express my concerns about the improper alignment. Mr. Ash continued to yell at me and told me he was going to hang up on me, which he did. I then called the office again and spoke to the young lady and asked to speak to the Owner she informed me he was not there, I then asked to speak to a manager, she gave me to Dave Gifford’s voice mail knowing that he would not be in until Wednesday so I left a message. The following day Tuesday, June 7, 2016, I got a call back from Mr. Gifford. Again, I explained the situation; he kindly listened to me and said he would see what he could do. Later that day I got a telephone call from Brittany from the service department apologizing for Mr. Ash. I felt this was very unprofessional of him, and Brittany said she had no idea why she was doing this. I again explained to her what had happened and she stated there was nothing else the company could do for me. We ended our conversation. I then called another dealership and had a new alignment done. (See attached printout) The alignment was extremely out of adjustment causing my tires to wear on the inside. The printout proves the company did not do a proper alignment.     Got NO help or understanding even though disabled....major re construntion, no warning about where to go......wont buy from them again

    My sales person Donna Tilton, made our buying experience wonderful. No pressure sales and back and forth playing the numbers game. I was asked what I wanted and the dealership brought 2 trucks for me to test drive. I ended up purchasing a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 and two months later bought a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. Shawn in service was able to get my running boards, Line-x spray liner and the plow installed in the 2 days. Thank you. I recommend you look them up, and if you buy tell them Dave Collise sent you and we split a referral check.
