    I saw a car that I liked and emailed them. Hussein wrote back to me in minutes. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted over email very quickly. Yousef... helped me out a lot. He was very transparent when asking for their out the door break down. He send me the breakdown without any questions asked and also answered some of the questions I had. Once I confirmed the deal was set, I drove there and met up with Yousef. He was very respectful, not pushy and super professional. We drove the car around. He showed me a few things and we were done swiftly. Then AJ took over. Super nice gentleman and not pushy at all. Normally finance guys are pushy and I've had bad experiences with them in the past. AJ was very nice and well spoken. He let me take my time to read the forms and answered any questions I had. Overall my experience was great. I was able to show up and be out of there in less than 2 hours. I will advise you to go out there and see these guys. Their inventory is also really big so most likely they will have the car/color you want.

    Nice people, a friendly atmosphere, plenty of cars to try out. The salespeople are very skilled and do not pressure you but let you take your time.

    This was my first experience with a KIA dealer. I was interested in the Stinger going in. I received a very comprehensive test drive and features explanation... from Sean. I was not there to haggle or nit-pick pricing; I left with the car I wanted and felt like I had been treated very professionally by Sean and A.J. (who worked optional pricing strategies with me until I was where I wanted to be). All-in-all a very positive experience. Thank you.

    A month ago I bought a used Mazda CX-5 from Dulles Motorcars. I told them I totaled my car and was waiting on the money from my insurance company. They... told me to write a check and they would hold the it until I notified them the money was in my account. The following Tuesday I called A.J. to let him know I was still waiting on the deposit. He told me they deposited the check and to call the bank He never bothered to call me to let me know about the check. I had to find out about this when I called him. The $4,000 check I gave them bounced three time causing nearly $300 I’m in sufficient fund charges. When the check was finally deposited in my account I called A.J., the loan officer, to let him know I would mail him a check. He also told me to send him the full $4,000 check and a copy of my bank statement with the NF charges. He said he would send me a check to the charges to my bank account because of their accounts mistake. On good faith I sent him the check. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received a $300 check for the NS charges to my account that A.J. promised. Dont do business with them, they screwed me. A.J. lied to me. I When I mailed the check I wish I would have written it minus the $300. SHYSTERS!!!!!

    Service representative never went over items that were fixed. Cashier was rude and delivered poor service. I asked her for her name and she said, yes... I have one. Service manager said it was her last day. This disrespect should never be tolerated. Why should I purchase another car at Dulles?
