I have always liked the service here having been a longtime subaru owner. However when buying a new subaru take you business elsewhere. Worst experience... ever and dont care about long time customers. Let alone new ones
My touch screen died. The dealer reported that it was back-ordered with NO ETA. I realize this is a Subaru of America issue but disappointed that dealer... didn’t offer a loaner car. Internet sites are reporting that backlog is 5 weeks. That’s a long time to be without radio, hands free, back up camera, blue tooth.

I saw a car that I liked and emailed them. Hussein wrote back to me in minutes. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted over email very quickly. Yousef... helped me out a lot. He was very transparent when asking for their out the door break down. He send me the breakdown without any questions asked and also answered some of the questions I had. Once I confirmed the deal was set, I drove there and met up with Yousef. He was very respectful, not pushy and super professional. We drove the car around. He showed me a few things and we were done swiftly. Then AJ took over. Super nice gentleman and not pushy at all. Normally finance guys are pushy and I've had bad experiences with them in the past. AJ was very nice and well spoken. He let me take my time to read the forms and answered any questions I had. Overall my experience was great. I was able to show up and be out of there in less than 2 hours. I will advise you to go out there and see these guys. Their inventory is also really big so most likely they will have the car/color you want.
Nice people, a friendly atmosphere, plenty of cars to try out. The salespeople are very skilled and do not pressure you but let you take your time.

This was my first experience with a KIA dealer. I was interested in the Stinger going in. I received a very comprehensive test drive and features explanation... from Sean. I was not there to haggle or nit-pick pricing; I left with the car I wanted and felt like I had been treated very professionally by Sean and A.J. (who worked optional pricing strategies with me until I was where I wanted to be). All-in-all a very positive experience. Thank you.
