No response after 13 months re: a recall.
No response after 13 months re: a recall. I have called several times, been told they would call back in 2-3 weeks when they had the part. The national Toyota recall has send at least 12 letters, cards, etc and I keep calling them back, telling them that the dealership is not calling me.

Since I started here at Legacy Toyota of Dallas as Service Director, I have not worked with any guest with a transmission concern and I would never tell a customer that I don't have time for them, so I am very confused by this.
